Nice hotel with a free shuttle bus service to the airport. However, the perfume scent in the lobby was too strong, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was provided as a complimentary service. The room was generally clean, although the bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to remove the lid to let the water drain. The food was generally great with a good variety of options. However, the fried rice and sautéed vegetables were a bit too dry.

Third stay at this hotel after a long haul international flight. Everything was seamless and easy. Staff were amazing. I will definitely be staying there again in the future, especially due to the location to the airport.

The airport transfer service was excellent. For first-time guests, I recommend emailing them beforehand to get their WhatsApp or WeChat contact, as it makes communication much more convenient. They'll then send you detailed instructions for the pick-up location. My flight landed at 10:30 PM, and even though I was worried about missing the 11:00 PM shuttle, they kindly waited for me. The next morning, I had booked an 8:00 AM drop-off, and the car was already waiting right outside at 7:58 AM. The room was decent, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, it's a solid choice for a one-night layover.

Hotel is clean as it's new, but found small cockroach crawling. Room not sound proof, can hear people pulling their luggage in and out often as its near airport, do not take any room at lvl 2 as it's near the restaurant and the staff is very noisy with music and talking.
