D'Primahotel Airport Jakarta Terminal 3 Wellness Center Reviews

Stayed here with the family in 2 rooms as the departure flight was quite early. Good location, small simple room but in general it provides everything you need for one night only. As mentioned in other reviews, quite smelly as no windows and you have to use the airconditioning for some kind of breeze which is very noisy. Also rooms are very noisy, you will hear guests departing all night, shower/toilette of your neighbours. Shower is small, but sink did not work at all. Flooded the bathroom after showering for 2min with cold water (Hot water would take 4-5min but then you flood the whole room)

I had to rebook for my stay this time. The booking date somehow got amended automatically instead of 9/10 August to 8/9 August. How do I claim my refund. This is my few stays here.

Free coffee service in lobby

Great location near all the restaurants. Staff are nice and friendly. Rooms are small but clean. However, the AC was freezing and no way to control the temp. Had to sleep with a jacket and mask on. wasn't a great sleep. Small space if you have luggage and no space to pray.

The place is pretty good

Not friendly, no alternatives offered, bought insurance and all add ons but nothing. Ask for statement of account. Cannot product. What kind of service org are you?

The room is quite small but expected this for a 'stopover' hotel in an airport. Despite the small room, it was spotless with the bathroom also being very clean. Staff were responsive and friendly. The only downside was the noise. The air conditioning unit sounds like a small jet engine. Make sure you have your noise cancelling headphones.

On landside of terminal 3 near row E. Room is compact and windowless but good enough for a good nights rest for a long transit. Toilet is equipped with shampoo, body wash and tooth brush & tooth paste. There are 2 flight of stairs to get to the hotel reception.

Shower whith no hot water The asked me to leave for 2-3 minutes the tap open before taking a shower I wated for 20 minutes then I left to catch my plane The next point is the a/c. If you spend all night you will be iced. No control

The room is small and narrow, but the location is too good to use while waiting to transfer. It is not refreshing because of poor ventilation, and the air conditioner uses a mobile air conditioner and is noisy.

The area is just inside at terminal no 3 Really good place to stay .

First was asked two times whether I have a booking even I showed the voucher from trip.com. room had a mobile A/C as central room A/C was broken. This thing was loud like a jet engine. Could hardly sleep. Avoid this thing at any cost.
