Reasonable hotel. Decent sized room, large clean bathroom, maintenance can be improved. The ac was leaking water and had damaged part of the wall.

Location is easily accessible. The place is really nice and clean. The staff is also very disciplined and well mannered. Overall good place to stay. Definitely recommend this hotel. Reasonable price and they have a cafe downstairs which serves delicious food. So total worth it place.

We booked a hotel for 1day in march 2024. The experience was terrible. The room was not clean & poorly maintained. We asked for change in the room as our allocated room was not clean, but the second room offered afterwards was also not clean. I would suggest not to just go with photos.

Small but perfect hotel for a short stay. Not too far from benaulim beach. Clean linen and well preserved rooms.

The rooms are worst the bathrooms had holes and the staff was not so good, the mirror in the rooms had spots no clear view and no lighting in the room

The hotel takes 500 rupees for check-in time. Didn't take the early check, then asked to have a pad breakfast on the same day, then closed the restaurant for lunch and dinner on the same day, then what is the point of spending so much money and coming to this hotel? while we have booked the hotel with complementary breakfast & dinner? this is called a waste of money
