Pool area is too small for the size of the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and maintained well. Room cleaning service daily and the option to hire beach towels for a deposit ( which you get back) Rooms are a good size and just what you need. All inclusive is worth the money with a large variety of different food choices.

On arriving there was a terrible sour smell which we later realised was from the big bins to the left of reception.It was there every day.The reception area is large and clean with lovely ocean views.The staff very nice too. We were on the top floor,known as 'A' on the lift buttons. Our room was 1203. Nothing wrong with it, large, clean, plenty of storage and hangers,toiletries in the bathroom, balcony with views of sea, road,mountains. The bed was one of the best I ve ever slept on and so big. Down side to this room..a terrible stagnant smell in the bathroom,but only at certain times of day, early morning and during the night was worse..it took my breath and made me heave. Also the sound of the lift all the time and behind the corridor opposite our room I think there was some kind of boiler room..humming noise all the time. The lifts were good, a long wait sometimes though. Breakfast very good, lots of choice, plenty of sunbeds too although people were out there at silly times to get a good position. Music sometimes noisy,so move away from pool/ bar area. Very nice restaurant close by,plus 2 more over the road,next to the fabulous supermarket. Bus stop outside reception takes you to the centre of Benalmadena..and the lovely marina. Great walk back on the seafront..takes around 40 minutes. All in all..Happy with the hotel.

We have been here for the past 20 years. We like the hotel as it's not overly crowded. We have seen a lot of changes, No cava is served at breakfast time, no English Chanel on TV. The toiletries are not provided daily. A variety of food is good except that we don't eat pork, so at breakfast time, beef sausages/chicken or fish should be an alternative. This will not put us off returning in 2025. We stayed in rm 705 which was ok . It was my husbands 60th Birthday & the hotel kindly gave him a birthday cake,btl cava which was much appreciated so thank you to all the staff.

We have just arrived home after a week stay bed and breakfast. On day 3 one member of our party of 7…4 adults and 3 Children got D&V day 4 another adult got it also and day 5 a child in the group also got it. I’ve seen the previous two reviews both mentioning D&V and then the random singular praising to hotel 1st time reviewer seems this is to deflect from the two prior reviews. We could not afford to leave and two of us continued to have breakfast even though we were worried about catching it also. Seems there is a bug in this hotel as two many people are catching it. Wash hands often is my only advice if saying here I am Not sure if it’s food related as it all seemed fine. Other than this issue hotel was clean and rooms were big nice views etc etc..

A good hotel, the hole staff worden hard to pleasse everyone, the foodprocessor was great and hotel. The rooms clean,and great view. The Pool clean and nice. The People helpfulll and friendly. Surrounding area Lovely and mocht to see the sea closeby

The hotel currently has a virus that causes sickness and upset stomach for days. All 6 in our party got it. We left early as we couldn’t trust to stay there. Hotel were not surprised when we told them and not overly bothered. Maybe in time it will be ok but for now please stir clear. It’s not worth it.

The room was good with excellent view of the sea - that was the best part of the holiday- the food was horrible especially dinner - I had diarrhoea and vomiting on day 3 and I spent the last 2 days in the room struggling to get over it - fortunately we were coming back on day 5 of the break . There was no kettle in the room to make tea until the last evening when we had to ask for a kettle and tea bag’s to try and maintain my hydration. I would not recommend all inclusive as I feel you have better food options from restaurants across the street. The cleaning of the bedroom was the only thing I would rate a four star the rest it felt like a 3 star hotel and the food was not anywhere near the 4 star rating Disappointed with the food options and quality. I felt I had food poisoning from the food and until I saw more people ??? had the diarrhoea and vomiting the same week we were around the hotel which concerned me as they put it to a tummy bug in the hotel . Stay away from the all inclusive it’s not worth it for this hotel as the drinks are acceptable nothing exceptional. Be ware stay away from the buffet food

Currently in the Best Benalmadena hotel all inclusive, 11 nights we were so looking forward too. Staff are excellent pity the same can't be said about some of the food. the bar is excellent and staff very quick and reception. I fell ill on the Monday and my nephew fell ill last night which I can only imagine is the same, we don't come on holiday to fall sick we come because of the Best hotel which it isn't, Food is an integral part and it as spoilt our holiday, taking half of the days out of it. very disappointed and will never come back to this Hotel.
