Honest review of 2 adults 2 kids… First of all the lifts.. 🙈 if u want one at 9:00 on your floor go press button at 5am it might arrive by then , there is 3 lifts but only 1 seems to work at once and my god they take ages … Staff .. All seem to work hard bar staff, kids entertainers etc can’t fault them .. Food and drinks .. larger on pump is san Miguel cocktails, slushes, juices etc available can’t fault the drinks at all, food on the other hand really isn’t anything to shout about , the snack window thing in day does burgers , hotdogs chips nuggets , cooked one at a time so in peak time I imagine will get very busy and it stinks of grease …main restaurant seems clean again staff work hard just the food isn’t great if you like proper English grub u will struggle abit very repetitive and not all tht much choice , breakfast is ok , deserts and fruit section is spot on. Pools .. we went in may and they where freezing but once your In it’s fine, slides are brill kids pool spot on again very cold for kids though .. pools get locked at night so that’s a positive we little ones and open again at 10 so your 6am sun bed grabbers don’t get a chance lol, but there is always availability all though day in all locations so don’t worry about queuing no need to. Evening entertainment .. I thought it was poor compared to other hotels we’ve been to , bar is fine no queuing again good choice of drinks … Rooms .. Very basic rooms and abit dated , family rooms seem to be on 9th floor which is so backwards to me surly they would try put families low down we disabled etc .. towels in room have never seen and conditioner there as rough as a crocodile skin. Location .. Not tht much around hotel, little Irish bar and a shop at end off road and beach is there to , harbour is a nice walk on beach about 30-45 mins but not all tht much happening near hotel. About 20 mins from airport.

This is my honest review as I have just come back from there today with my partner and a 2 year old and 11 year old, so wake up at 7.30 to wait for breakfast to open at 8 and I’ll be honest I’ve been all around the world to Kenya, Sri Lanka, thailand Greece etc etc and the food here is just ok it’s a kids hotel food is basic I believe it’s aimed for kids, pizza chips everyday I’m easily please and I knew this before I went so this was a holiday for my kids to have fun and they were happy, queuing for the pools to open was not my thing and let the hotel down I’ve never really had to do this watching british act like kids running to sun bed was alittle sad very benidorm chucking towels on sun beds but we managed to get where we wanted anyway the pools are layer out very well but one problem there freezing and kids don’t wanna be chucked in cold bath water so my 2 year old did not go in she cried every time, the snack bar opened at 12 where you can get burgers and chips and the burgers were very nice and probly better food that the main dinner hall, then afternoon dinner started at 1.30 but I must add using the lifts at these time were a joke I’ve never stood outside a lift for 15 mins waiting with a pram to see lazy fat men on there own so lazy to even walk the two flights of stairs if more brits used the stairs it would help out the pram users more, also forget going back to room for a nice quiet afternoon Kip as the cleaners above like to bang about and I mean dropping beds take headphones, the walk outside the front of the hotel to marina is the best part of the holiday for me we did this twice and by time we got back we would get back for dinner at 18.30 dinner is the same they did do a Mexican night that was nice with a cheese fountain for nachos but all the mothers let there kids loose and every kids greasy fingers where in the founting, that was the main let down for this hotel was mother with 4 kids running riot it’s a very benidormy hotel with hundreds running crazy so had to watch my 2 year old a lot as she is shy and little timid but she had a good time it’s an ok hotel I’m giving it 4 stars not so much for the hotel but the experience with my family and the time we have spent there together but won’t return but the marina is beautiful

We’ve just got back today from a weeks stay here, I would definitely say it is a family hotel I really wouldn’t recommend going here if you haven’t got little ones with you. I really like the fact that it was so compact all the pools are pretty close together so our eldest could pop in between pools whenever she wanted to and us be at ease. Unfortunately the small child’s pool is so cold our 2yr old refused to go in it even with a wetsuit!! it is ice!!! The big slide pool is probably the warmest even though it still cold but we managed to get little one in that for a bit. All the bad reviews on the food off people I’m assuming they’ve never done a Egypt/turkey all inclusive lol the food is not that bad, fresh salads and lovely fruit choices, the cakes are all fresh and soft. The food at lunch and dinner can get repetitive but it is all very nice and there’s enough choice to find something you like. I will say though there had cooked pork loins on one lunchtime and I cut into it and it was raw in the middle so defo be careful with that but that was literally the only issue with any of my meals. There’s a snack bar by the pools which opens at 12 where you can get burgers, chips, hotdogs, nuggets etc which is handy. I defo would recommend getting drinks from the bottom bar as the bar by the kids pool the fizzy drinks are all flat and the slushies don’t taste as nice as the bottom bar. The room was clean but you had to pay to use the safe which I’d never had before luckily our suitcase had codes on it so we locked our valuables up every time we left the room in that, also if you want an afternoon kip with the little ones you can hear bed being dragged across the floor when your in your rooms, the walls are also quite thin so you can hear people next door and out in the hallways. As others have said you do have to queue for the pools to open to get a lounger luckily it was may and not as crazy as some other peoples experiences, but you do have the odd ones legging it for a bed like weirdos even after you queue. But we managed to get where we wanted every time. But I can imagine in busier months it being mental there!

Stayed here half board for 10 nights from the 11th May 2024. Read a lot of reviews slating the food so was concerned, I am very fussy and have had bad experiences with food on holiday but I would say the following: Breakfast Excellent, they have a bit of everything and even Bagels which I loved . Lunch Swapped tea for lunch a couple of times . It was alright . Tea Same as lunch it was alright , I’m fussy always found the pizza to be decent . Could really do with chicken nuggets for kids though…. Snack bar Visited a couple of times and it was cheap and cheerful. Burgers good , toasties good , chips good … happy days The room Wee bit small for us having our two kids with us and not a lot of room to unpack but we managed , we had a pool view room on the 3rd floor 322 and it was cleaned each day to a high standard . Hygiene at the hotel was spot on , the maids work their behinds off and always say hello in passing . Nice private balcony which is safe for kids . Bed wasn’t the comfiest but nothing too bad . WiFi is superb , can easily connect fire stick etc . Read a lot of comments about the noise in rooms , the ceiling in 322 has marks on it which looks like someone banging up to a noisy neighbour… out of our 10 nights we were only disturbed twice -once by a young child who was obviously unwell and unable to sleep screaming the place down and on the last night an ignorant guest with their tv on - noise was more annoying than anything else . Pools The pool set up is decent , 3 separate pools . They are freezing but once you’re in it’s fine … the kids pool is great you can watch your kids and know they are safe . Lifeguards first class as well . Entertainment Loved this , mini disco good for kids and we enjoyed the magic show and the circus act . The only negative really is that it’s a bit of a walk to the marina with kids but it’s £7 in a taxi so not the end of the world . Genuinely zero concern about hygiene in room or anywhere in hotel as there was always someone going around cleaning , staff all work hard , it’s like a military operation in the restaurant with head sets organised and they are constantly cleaning . Nothing bad to say about our stay 2 adults , 2 kids age 7 and 3 never went hungry once , loved the pool , loved the entertainment

My holiday is booked for August 2024 and now dreading going after reading recent reviews. I'm shocked and appalled at the costs to hire safe deposits box in rooms, with management stating these costs are due to the insurances/up keep required. With the amount of rooms/safety deposit boxes in this hotel, surely these charges can be reduces for guests as we have no other option, rather than carry personal items around with us. As for having to microwave 'hot food' each time. Again, surely all hot food should come out from kitchen piping hot and preserved in hot container under heaters. Pools should not be this cold, preventing guests from entering them. Thin walls between rooms has been a common complaint for many years with management acknowledging the issue but not actually doing anything about it during renovations. Plus not addressing the issue with kids being allowed to run up and down corridors and playing in lifts. Management should be addressing this with the kids at the time and taking them to their parents to also have this dealt with. All the above comments and reviews seem to be repeated by many guests over & over again. Is this not the whole purpose of reviews??Management should be addressing them, not just reading them, making excuses and on to the next review. They should be preventing guests experiencing similar complaints, time & time again. I have now read over reviews from previous years about this hotel, with most being the same issues and still not dealt with years later!!! Wish I had done my homework more, prior to booking and paying full holiday. Won't get my money back if I cancel now.

Looked at reviews before we came saying rooms were very small. Our room was fine, not huge but perfect size. Facilities were amazing. Staff were amazing. When we were leaving, we were given a courtesy room for half hour to freshen up which was great. Pools were brilliant, lifeguards watching 24-7 and very very attentive. Only downfall was the food, unbelievable amount of options but unfortunately, all tasted the same and we didn’t enjoy. Despite this, I would definitely visit again. Had a perfect holiday here and would recommend for families

Really enjoyed our holiday at Los Patos Park. Been once before and the food was even better this time and the staff seemed even happier! Winner! Great facilities, great location, great Mini Disco every night. My little girl loves Globy the dancing parrot (I think it’s a parrot?!) and this is why we went back this year so she could see him again every day. The animation team work hard and were great! Our waiter was fantastic and friendly (his name was Domingo.) He looked after us very well every day and always had lots of smiles for us! It took a few days to get used to the firmness of the bed so I guess it depends what you are used to! We would definitely go back. Jet2 were also very good. A fab holiday and lovely memories!

Hotel was lovely and the rooms very clean and adequate. The walls were paper thin though. To be honest the food was a bit bland but there was a lot of choice. There wasn’t any labels on the food to show what it was and as a nut allergy sufferer it was difficult. The pools were absolutely freezing and apparently they didn’t heat them up until June. Overall a nice place for families and kids.
