This is the 2nd visit to this hotel was there last year with friend and booked this year with my husband,,, booked half board this time as wasn’t too keen on food last year glad I did,,, food very repetitive good if you want pizza pork and chips every day!!!! Very bland and cold,,,, ate out most of the time well nearly every night breakfast was good on arrival I had booked a pool view only to be put in room overlooking car park and above the bins went to reception only to get told it’s just your luck if you get pool view!!! To be told they could move me rooms at a additional cost of €220 I was there 11 nights ,,, told then wasn’t paying nothing extra as I had already paid anyways decided to leave it as really only sleeping in room to go up for a hours nap as we had been up early for flight before we went out that night to noise beyond believe kids running up down the landing no parents in sight furniture getting scraped on floor I said to my husband put tv on drown the noise out for him to pass me remote to say it was caked in god knows what it was black! Further inspection to room hadn’t been cleaned bedside table had stains even inside the fridge had stains my husband went into bathroom and found a nail hanging out wall if a kid walked into that it would have been sore,,,, had enough this point went to reception again met by a nice man called Miguel told him my concerns he immediately gave me another room key told me to go have a look if I was happy move my stuff and had other key back when I was ready went to new room pool view bigger room and very clean bonus,,,, things were looking up until next morning again parents with kids just letting them play in corridors with no respect for anyone else ,,,, few days in to holiday we usually went out for lunch but decided to eat at snack bar I got a hotdog my husband got burger great so next day we thought yeah we will have snack bar again we were lazing round pool so why not I again got hotdog as really enjoyed day before only to take a bite and notice my roll was covered in mould spat it out went to reception and asked to speak to manager lady came she was lovely couldn’t apologise enough offered me a free meal in the restaurant which I declined due to not liking food she offered me round of drinks which I agreed I also told her I had witnessed the man who was making snacks touch frozen burgers no gloves or that then touch the rolls etc she assured me she would speak to him which she did as he discarded the rolls that day that was there and I seen him washing hands next day

Pools are freezing not heated until June, Baby couldnt use as way too cold. Food was awful, avoid at all costs if you have an allergy we had to complain to get my baby some food cooked separate as signs not clear and very limited staff could understand “oat milk”. Rooms are very basic, chips in the bath and floor and hairs found all in the bath/ shower! Definitely not 4 star really disappointed. Walls are very thin so sleep isn’t easy. Had to pay €68 for the safe for 6 nights which is ridiculous.

We have just returned from this hotel. The hotel was better than we expected after reviews. We paid for safe and kettle in room 1 of us does not like getting up for breakfast so coffee on balcony for them. Food was good never struggled. Themes Asian, Mexican nights. Lots yo chose from. Microwave for us who prefers food Piping hot. Can only say thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only comment although did not spoil my holiday was all inclusive drink menu limited. Cocktails list small, no flavoured or pink gin. But did drink local other spirits. Open mind enjoy your holiday

beds are solid worst sleep ever and the food 😭 absolutely rank.. paid for all inclusive and end up eating out almost every meal

Good value for money. Rooms and hotel very clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Always something to eat at meal times. Could do with drawer space in the rooms.

Below average hotel with world class staff. It's not all-inclusive as they are charging extra for a lot of small and basic things. Almost no option for vegetarians except pizza and salad. Parents smoking near the children's pool area which speaks about the type of crowd coming here. Excellent customer service from reception staff Daniela. She took care of our special requests with smile although it wasn't easy. Marina was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a below average experience but the staff made it slightly better with excellent guest experience.

we have just returned home from a week at the hotel and we don’t have any complaints.the staff were amazing and extremely helpful from the get go.as we had a small child we mostly stayed around the splash pool or the park but there was plenty loungers/chairs so could move about. The water park was fun especially for us adults. The restaurant staff were amazing never a dirty plate on the table and were seated straight away and always accommodated our family of 8. Food wise it is just like any AI we weren’t expecting much but it was edible and there are plenty of options however there isn’t many options for small kids or people with food aversions and we had both of these in our group. However the snack bar was perfect it opened at 12 and closed at 7 so if there wasn’t anything to eat in the restaurant and you didn’t want to go out for food you can always eat something from there.the bar is the same. There is menus on the bar which tell you what is included and what isn’t and the variety is quite good. Coffee Beer spirits slushy and some cocktails as well.although it was busy I suspect in the height of summer it would be a lot busier. the entertainment was alright kids disco starts at 8.30 til about 10ish and then they have something for adults. We didn’t always stick around for that as kids were ready for bed by then. The hotel isn’t far away from the beach or bars/restaurants so you don’t have to be stuck in the hotel. taxi to the marina was only €7 but it is a nice walk along the beach to get there. Overall we would definitely go back and stay at this hotel. I don’t normally do package holidays like this but couldn’t fault jet2 either. if your from a non EU country please note that there is border control after security and before your gate which does get extremely busy. It nearly caused us and 24 other people to miss our flight home because we were in the queue that long. so be careful if your stopping for food (especially Burger King) that has to be the slowest fast food place I have ever been too.

We have been really happy here and would definitely recommend. All the staff from cleaners to managers will bend over backwards to accommodate you. We had a few criticisms: you can only use floaties in the splash pool not the main pool or water park (dont buy floaties from the hotel shop, they are half the price at the end of the road), kids club feels too young for our 10 year old but he isnt allowed to participate in the daily sports activities as he is under 12 (this was a real shame as he wanted to join in). Other than that, everything else has been wonderful :-) The hotel is a bit out of the way, 30 min walk to the marina, but taxis are cheap as chips. €7 approx. We took a trip to arroyo de la miel and up the mountain on a cable car...highly recommend

Enjoyed our stay. Particularly great for people with young children as there is a waterpark onsite Some nice bars within close proximity to the hotel. Food only average, and general opinion was that they have trouble keeping the food hot but there are microwaves handy. Only 20/30 seconds and it's better. Despite this, this was a return visit as it is value for money. Plenty of choice so always something for everyone to eat.
