Fantastic family hotel. Brilliant staff, great food choice in AI, slides amazing and lifeguards on duty. Rooms cleaned every day and more than adequate. Central location was brilliant, 5 mins walk to beach. Entertainment good and drinks and snack bar fantastic. We have been to many hotels , this has been one of the best.

hotel safe clean & great location staff are really nice nicholos was very knowlegeable told us were places were & booked taxis 2x when we was there wemt torromelnos & sea marina as was rainy he was not rude at all dont know why some reviewers said he was rude nothing off a sort its a lovely friendly hotel met loads off single parents with children with senco needs my child also has it we made loads off new friends apart from some issues with food on hb we didnt have any major issues hotel was most safest for people alone with kids location was the best for exploring plenty too go see my girl enjoyed the majician and photo shoot pictures say it all she looked so cute & happy would come bk on b&b we didnt que for sunbeds were madness plenty on a afternoon at top and near corner off small pool and top off play area also have some on beech hire 14e room waa fine a mini fridge 2 bottles off water on the house and a lovely beech bag waa given safe in room if u need too hire it kettle can also be hired pools cold not heated kids were stil having fun and hotel animations were entertaining mostly 4 8yrs old bit babish for my 11year old but we was out exploring so it didnt matter other then this hotel was eye catchy & it stood out from the rest great lay out shiny spotless floors & people i met was really nice ive made lots off new connections and jet2 rep was onsite very helpful lady thanks losd patos hotel we shall return again soon gracias!

Stayed here for a week with the family (children aged 6&8yrs) we’ve had a fantastic time, the hotel was clean, staff friendly and always on hand if needed. The restaurant was great, each night had a different theme for the food but it also had basic options for fussy eaters (pizzza/ pasta etc) The pools were great, the slides were all really fun, they had a splash pool that had smaller slides and you can use floats etc in there, as well as a medium sized pool where they did some fun water games, polo, running on the foam mat etc. we didn’t use the kids club but they had entertainment each day around the pool anyway, which everyone could join in with. In the evening, the mini disco kept the kids happy after dinner and then again each night they had further entertainment later on, bingo/ karaoke etc. The beach is at the end of the road and you can walk all the way to the harbour. It took us about 30 mins - we got an Uber back for £7. We visited the sea life centre and also went on the big wheel too whilst there. We had a great stay and would highly recommend if you want an easy, stress free but fun holiday.

We had an absolutely fantastic week here the start of July. I honestly can’t believe the nonsense on here about queuing for Sunbeds. We went out at various points of the day and there were always beds, and quite a lot of the time in every area. So the only need you have to queue is if you wish to waste an hour of your holiday. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were all lovely, especially the kids entertainment team. My 6 year old loved the kids club and pools. We were just bed and breakfast so can’t comment on food other than breakfast which had a great range. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance and the nearby marina is super. Also a really amazing nearby park. The rooms could be a little bigger, but we got by just fine, and thought the evening entertainment could be improved but we will most likely return at some point!

SUNBED WARS HELL!!!!! My advice to anyone.. DO NOT BOOK! I’ve never written a bad review in my life! You have to start lining up in reception at 8.45 to enter the pool area, then queuing at the pool gate from 9am for an HOUR just to get a sunbed. Every family here sends their family down to breakfast.. (which doesn’t start till 8) whilst one member of the family sits & queues. We’ve paid twice as much as we have in the past on holidays and never once queued for a sunbed. Meal times seem very late breakfast 8-10.30, lunch 1.30-3.30, dinner 7-9.30. Seems very late for a hotel aimed at families. There are no loungers around the children’s pool, just chairs… which again you have to do the same queueing process for but that’s even worse than the main pool (which you aren’t allowed floats in). We came here with a newborn & 4 year old thinking great family holiday, it’s awful. There’s nowhere where our baby can be in the shade with one of us and our toddler in the pool with the other and all see eachother. So we’ve all been separated. Constant queues for a drink. Food average & much the same for an all inclusive. I wouldn’t return here ever. Attached a picture of everyone queuing for a lounger

We went to this hotel with 2 kids aged 6 and 4. They had a fantastic time. My 6 year old loved the mini club and the mini disco. The entertainment team are amazing and great with the kids. My 4 year old loved the splash pool, we couldn't get her out. Plenty of food options for everyone and we all managed to get something we enjoyed. Spotless, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Both kids were so sad when we had to leave. Will definitely be back again!!
