Apartamentos MS Pepita

I cannot rate it high or low. I did not take up my booking because the booking went wrong and hotel was unwilling to assist. So I went elsewhere. Somehow while in the process of booking my dates, the system defaulted the dates, finalizing the booking as arriving on my required check-out date. I needed to be in 17, 18 Feb, checking out 19 Feb... But it booked me only for the 19th. I didn't notice until it was too late. I tried to change the dates, there by giving the hotel 2 nights instead of just 1, but they would not adjust the booking. They were unwilling to look beyond their cancellation/modification policy. I therefore took my business elsewhere. Their short sightedness and bad business acumen annoyed me.

Lovely studio apartment. Clean, spacious, close to marina and sea front. TV with English channels. Well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Small balcony with sea view. We were able to check in 2 hours earlier. Will definitely stay again.

excellant hotel ,very clean ,near all aminities ,bars ,restaurants ,staff very helpful .rooms very good ,great pool area , have to pay for sunbeds but they are very comfortable with a large mattress .right beside the beach and the fantastic marina

Family of 5 from Athlone Ireland age 13 17 23 went to these apartments a week ago we had 1 bedroomed and studio. Studio has room for 4 but booking is only 3 .Very happy basic apartments but plenty big for our family . Bedroom had lovely double comfy bed .Great Air conditioning which was included. The location was just perfect mins from beach and promenade and these are beside marina area they are located on the main street and even though traffic on road every night was so quiet . The pool area was lovely very quiet everyday you have to pay 2 euros for sunbeds but you get mattresses as well so any time of day u will get a sunbed . Nice pool bar with snacks . Pool is safe for families with small kids as it is fenced in with lifeguard on duty all day . Ideal apartments for buggies as u are just stone throw away from beach promenade restaurants .Bus stop is just around corner from apartments to get any bus to anywhere. Lidl is about 7 mins up the road .u can book trips literally across the road . I went for price and location and smaller resort The children really enjoyed benalmadena so much to do with butterfly park sea world dolphin boats all on doorstep. Plenty of nice restaurants from Mexican Indian steakhouse etc all on marina or promenade . Only thing is we stayed 6 nights and had no cleaners in but we don't mind that. There was some building works going on next door so pool area had some noise from work machines but not all the time but didn't bother us I t was one of the best holidays we had and it was due to location quietness of these apartments and value for money .

Absolutely fabulous We booked this hotel as the location is fabulous we got it at a great price...I was a little unsure what to expect but wow the room was spotless....the reception staff were so friendly there was a mix up with our transfer and they sorted it all out they were so attentive and helpfull The bed was so comfy pool area was fab you do have to pay 2euros for a sunlounger but we brought in snacks and drinks from the supermarket and nothing was said so 2euro for a sunlounger was well worth it. ....free WiFi in reception area or u can purchase it it was only 15 euros for a week Overall we couldn't fault this hotel and will certainly be back

This is not the best of a self catering holiday we have ever had, the kitchen equipment is very poor, the utensils very sparce, the frying pan was scratched to bits and the wooden spoon split down the middle, not even a bowl of sugar or salt n pepper to start you off, no washing machine, hairdryer, and the reception was closed another of the time. We chose self catering so we can get up when we want, eat what we want, the towels changed once and room cleaned once. Would I recommend NO
