Decent hotel, more like a resort. Facilities are stricted unless you are on all inclusive deal like use of spa. Also breakfast was decent but no real fruits. Mostly canned and juices were not real juices.

It has exceeded our expectations!! We have spent 8 days with All Inclusive and it has been a fantastic vacation. The hotel lacks nothing. Excellent cleanliness, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. The food is also quite good. The only thing that we believe can be improved is the offer of entertainment activities to the Spanish public. They turn a lot to foreigners and Spanish animation remains in the background. If this would improve, it would be amazing.
As for Trip's customer service, give them a 10, since when we arrived at the hotel they told us that our daughter was not included in the reservation (despite the fact that the reservation was well made) and they made us pay almost an additional €700 for the girl and from the moment one Trip has responded very well, solving the problem quickly and with unbeatable attention. In less than a week Trip has paid all the expenses for this inconvenience and they have refunded me 100% of the amount that the hotel made me pay to be able to check in my daughter.

Arrived at this hotel today, very impressive! Staff professional & friendly, food/drinks spot on, room huge with self catering facilities should you need them, spotlessly clean, & a welcome carton of water which was a nice touch, gorgeous sea/pool view, we're on the second floor with a very good sized balcony & to top it off weather is going to be fabulous all week! Nice & plentiful sunloungers/seating area to choose from as well!

The Hotel is nice and modern. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Food is nice. Location is good. The staff are very approachable and friendly. A member of staff German Faith was lovely nothing was too much trouble she was always there to help you. I would stay at this Hotel again.

Wasn’t expecting much from this hotel due to some previous reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were exceptional, each and everyone. Nothing was too much, they all went above and beyond, always appearing happy and genuinely interested in the guests. Food was great, of a high standard, not very repetitive and great salad bar. Never had an issue with getting seated in restaurant despite on a couple of night being extremely busy. On our arrival we were pleased to find prepared snacks in our room just in case we checked in after restaurant had closed. We were checking out early in morning and hotel prepared takeaway breakfast bags for us. Bars were decent and served drinks in glass and only plastic tumblers were used when outside at pool areas. Rooms were of a high standard, spacious, comfortable and equipped with all holiday needs. Don’t worry that there is little outside hotel, quick easy bus ride to main resorts. I thought about only giving 4 star review as the hotel never provided us with good weather 😆 lol.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We haven't had a nice experience whilst the staff are lovely and friendly. Their was little entertainment for children, raw and undercooked food at dinner... my whole family had suspected food poisoning which was fobbed off by the hotel. Hotel is too far out of the way for just walking into town Selwo Marina was the highlight of our trip

We usually holiday outside of Spain and head to the likes of Turkey, Bulgaria and Egypt, but the deal we found on TUI was too good to not take. We went as a group of friends in May, and found the weather awful. This is outside of the hotels control however, the resort was just as bad. There seemed to be a sewage smell around, which also the sea smelt of so not sure if it is a local issue, but vile. Food and drink bland, watered down and poor quality. I am sure if you have (very) young kids, this resort would appeal to you but anyone else 12+ book elsewhere.
