It's a bit far from downtown, but it's convenient to stay inside the hotel. The facilities are old, but they are well maintained and well-furnished. The breakfast is delicious. There are many kinds. I added dinner and ate it. The pool was so nice.

Nice, quiet hotell, good gym and spa. Think is this is a decent hotel, quitet location, the room is good and large (got a larger family suite) . The restaurant lunch buffe is not so impressive, but its ok. The pool are is good too. So, would consider staying here again. The only downside is that you have to drive to explore the surroundings.

This place is really a shelter in Marbella. Amazing place with grat stuff. The breakfast and the restaurants were great. The room was great, comfortable and well equipped. Thank you for Patricia, Antonio and Juan at the Personal Bar. Also for Ana and Carlos at the kitchen. Amazing food!!! Thank you also for the guys at the front desk.

We have enjoyed fantastic family vacations, a very quiet and relaxing environment. All the service very attentive and humane. Brand new facilities: furniture, beds, etc. Everything very clean and comfortable. The spectacular swimming pool, miniclub for the little ones to have a great time. Thank you very much to all the staff for making everything so perfect!

The best thing about the hotel is its friendly staff, both at reception and in restaurants. The spacious and clean room. The comfortable bed. However, I did have noise issues because they were doing construction and it was literally like they were doing it in my head. Theirs is that if they are doing construction in an area, do not use the rooms in that area for guests. Construction started very early. The lovely staff offered me another room but the truth is that changing rooms was a waste of time. They kindly told me that they would ask for the works to start a little later in the morning and that was the case. But all this should not happen. Thanks for the staff.

We have enjoyed 4 days of vacation in September, and we have loved it. The hotel has just opened and part of the facilities are under construction (such as the spa, the gym or the discotheque), but it has been an experience to repeat, and next year, with the entire facility, even more so. Spacious and comfortable room, very clean pool, with towels on the sun loungers, varied and quality buffet (it is the only 4-star hotel in which we have been where the food is prepared for you at the moment, giving a plus of quality to the dishes), but what we liked the most was the exquisite attention given by all the staff. Starting with Juan Antonio at reception, John and María in the restaurant, Andrés as head of the restaurant, as well as the cleaning ladies, who came in in the middle of the afternoon when we weren't there to go over the room again and leave some chocolates. As said: congratulations to the hotel staff for making guests feel like real guests. We will definitely return with our daughters, and we have already recommended this hotel to the family.
