A beautiful complex in a stunning location. The perfect place to unwind, with a lovely pool and a comfortable spa. We stayed for three weekdays just after Eid, and it was a truly relaxing experience. Special thanks to the receptionist, Mr. Yacine, whose professionalism greatly enhanced our stay — he facilitated a bungalow change and allowed us a late check-out. For families seeking peace and relaxation during the low season, this place is highly recommended. Definitely not to be missed!

Good hotel with excellent beach and aquapark Clean rooms clean food and especially tasty dinner. Breakfast is horrible. Feels like a breakfast from jail restaurant and also u can't even drink water if u don't have money. Even if u take whole board, you only have a small amount of money at the hotel give you to spend on your lunch and everything is expensive. Horrible arrogant owner who disrespects everyone even us the visitors. He treats his employees like sh** and refuses to talk to his clients. Also the hotel is too expensive for a 3 star that claims to be a 5 star

The hotel is beautiful, but the services are catastrophic, it's not the price at all, it's much better for you at a much lower price. 1/ upon entry, it's a first for me to be asked for a deposit anywhere in the world. 2/the welcome comes with conditions of stay hhhhhhh I was afraid I said to myself I might be incarcerated. 3/no towel on arrival at 2 p.m. I had to call reception 4 times to get them at 7 p.m. 4/no soap and you are given a small bottle of shampoo and one of shower gel for four people hhh drop by drop. 5/a very very very very limited buffet with inedible meat, only salad, and the best is the desert hhhh served at the table it's the most mediocre desert I've eaten so far a small pastry 'a small town would do better, thinly sliced watermelon we had 4, melon also half a peach and 4 cakes that even my children didn't want. 5/in the evening all the lights in the hotel were off it was scary to walk around 6/the punctuality was zero dinner started at 8 p.m. it was served at 8:40 p.m. breakfast also normally at 8 a.m. which is already late and what's more it was allow it to be served at 8:30 a.m. 7/no safety measures watch out for your children full of unprotected dangers in the garden and especially in the slide from mortal dangers. So in the end the infrastructure is there but its maintenance, services and customer comfort are completely neglected. So you pay for nothing. With half the price in half board 5 star hotels in Spain offer it all inclusive (iberostar, zafiro, Barcelo..... It's sooooo expensive so make an effort to satisfy the customers Apparently great, beautiful beach is clean.

An absolutely exceptional experience, a heavenly beach, with magnificent views. The owner has great taste, and has managed to create relaxation areas, a pontoon with a magnificent view of the sunset and the sea.

Hotel worthy of a kyriad or even French Formula 1. No soap in the suites or apartments. 2 towels per couple in suites. Zero towels in the rooms because you have to ask for them.. 2 days to have a hair dryer.. Around €6.50 per pancake which you have to wait at least 45 minutes. Aquapark schedules according to their wishes. Cleanliness of the swimming pools to be deplored. Shuttle never available Not to mention the all-you-can-eat restaurant... no bread in the morning, no chocolate for the children, no honey. No choice in terms of dishes. Exhausting stay with running after employees to ask for things... Keep your money honestly.

I would like to share my amazing experience when I organized my engagement there. The location of the hotel is simply magnificent. The sandy beach and crystal clear sea were the perfect setting for a romantic evening. The hotel team worked closely with me to personalize every detail of the evening, which made the event even more special. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring all of our needs were met. The hotel team created a romantic ambiance by adding special elements for our engagement party, such as candles and flowers, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere. Ultimately, our engagement party at ZINA BEACH was unforgettable, and we are grateful to the hotel team for their support and expertise. If you are looking for a romantic and relaxing location for your special event, I highly recommend

The place is beautiful, great private beach, beautiful pools, one large for adults but with very shallow areas for children, another pool for children with slides and another with larger slides for adults/teens. In front of the sea, behind the mountains, far from the city and the road therefore very quiet. Comfortable room/apartment with beautiful bedding, a large IPTV and access to WIFI. A kitchenette area (sink, fridge, microwave). The positives end there. The 5 stars I think it's just a decoration, I don't think it's really a star hotel, because the service, the catering, don't follow at all. Breakfast and dinner, in the same restaurant, self-service for the first and buffet for the second, the foods which must be fresh (juice, cheese, yogurts, etc.), are not, because they are just left at temperature ambient, so the flies are feasting, it's not even covered. The hot dishes aren't really hot, and the quality isn't there, we manage just to eat, we don't appreciate it. Breakfast mainly just pastries, sometimes from the day before, dry and hard. One day they offered so-called fried donuts on site, but they had neither the taste nor the consistency of a donut, my wife got poisoned because of that. Lunch, in another restaurant next to the swimming pool or the beach. A la carte with a budget, if you exceed, it will be withdrawn from your deposit deposit on the first day (20,000 da). Here too, the choice is not great, and mediocre quality, dry and hard pizza skewer with unmanageable cheese, “Mojito” of bad taste with suspicious color. Room towels are removed in the morning around 10am, but not replaced, you have to wait for them to wash them and put them back around 3pm, so if you are going to enter time at the pool or the beach, no shower. The children's play area is not maintained, so much of it is rusty or broken. The first day you are entitled to a bottle of water, but if you want more, you will have to buy in their store (100da). Bargain savings, lack of maintenance, for a price of 53,400 per night for 2 adults with full board. I'll let you judge if the quality/price ratio is worth it. For my part, for the same amount, I could have gone to Tunisia in a 4-star, all-inclusive hotel, even with plane tickets. (I did the math). It's really a shame.

Worst seaside experience! If the owner or manager reads this comment, take advice! We cannot manage an establishment like this with a third of the necessary staff! - Rooms (we took two adjoining apartments) not redone at 7 p.m.!! No towels, no essentials promised when booking - the apartments lacked several essentials (dryer, non-functional telephone, pillowcases, coffee maker, chairs...,,,) after several complaints (5) nothing was done do!!!! . We paid in advance, specifying at reception that we wanted apartments close to the swimming pools and on the ground floor, the promise from reception was not kept, commitments are not the strong point of this establishment. The fact that we are making this comment while our stay is not over gives you an idea of our amazement in the face of our expectations. The beach is just magnificent, the only positive point. A pizza is three times its price outside, a can at 5X its price (to give you an idea of the prices charged. If you believe that by paying full price you would get the appropriate treatment, forget it, all the world is outdated. First and last experience here, making money is important, but making money by taking care of your image and reputation is better!

Magnificent discovery, between the beach, the sand dunes and the mountain, a real change of scenery, in addition to the warm welcome and good care. Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the chalets, without forgetting the SPA, a unique relaxation space.
