I spent about three nights in this hotel as a couple. We arrive at the station, no shuttle (something mentioned and which should be available for the guest), a steep climb of about 15 minutes made on foot under the scorching sun and with suitcases in hand.... We arrived at the hotel with difficulty, not even to invite us to sit us down and offer us a glass of water (which a guest might appreciate). Upon our arrival a girl welcomes us (I'm sorry to say, devoid of emotions and enthusiasm, without even introducing herself)... When we went up to the room, the impact was positive... In the bathroom there are soap dispensers and ONLY on the first day they offer courtesy set, something that a 4* cannot afford... They do not allow drinks or similar food to be brought in from outside but at the same time they do not provide drinks in the mini fridge in the room as it is totally empty. Corridor to get to the room without air or unbreathable.. Breakfast in the morning very, very and I repeat very poor for a 4* (I was very surprised!)... The only positive note is the view that this hotel offers... We have had problems with the TV and the guy at the reception was available to come up with us and show us how it works... Nice pool area but it would need some maintenance, some puzzle bricks missing, lack of bar area for a drink in the pool... In the evening, for those arriving at the station as mentioned above, you have to walk either to go down to the seaside area or to go up to the historic center, therefore quite a bit of a trek precisely because there is no shuttle service... The town it doesn't offer who knows what... 2/3 days are enough and otherwise it would be boring.. Nearby there is Conad and Eurospin... Beautiful sea although not suitable for children as the seabed is very deep... This review it is only the result of improvement, therefore aimed at criticism that can be constructive and not destructive... A round of applause to Valentina, the housekeepers, the breakfast staff and the reception boy... I hope and hope to return next year next and see some improvements... Good luck. . Room 218
