Хороший отдых для всей семьи в соотношении цена/качество. Свежее постельное белье, большое количество полотенец, чистая душевая, мини набор средств для гигиены. В номере есть все необходимое: кондиционер, фен, чайник, холодильник, тв. Розетки у кровати и дополнительно в нише шкафа, чтобы зарядить все гаджеты сразу. Есть небольшой балкончик с видом на подъёмник и гору. Также отмечу ресторан, оформляли полный пансион, завтраки очень сытные, блюда в меню на выбор на обед и ужин. Есть гриль завтраки и комплемент от заведения в виде фужера шампанского. У ресторана есть выход на террасу, где можно занять столик. Есть скидки и акции от отеля на билеты на канатно-кресельную дорогу. Планируем обязательно сюда вернуться в зимний период, покататься на лыжах.

Уже не первый раз выбираем этот отель, соотношение цена/качество приемлемое. Расположение: достаточно удобное, недалеко от "променада". Есть парковка. Заселение: достаточно быстрое, отмечу, только один не очень приятный момент, приехали в отель в 13:25, при заселении, нам предложили оплатить за ранний заезд:) Мы предпочли погулять 30 минут и заселиться в 14:00. Ресепшн и guest service: Кроме момента с предложением оплатить ранний заезд, всё нормально, сотрудники вежливые. Номерной фонд: номера не новые, но, всё в нормальном состоянии, постельное белье качественное, матрас - достаточно удобный. Кондиционер работал исправно. Уборка и чистота номеров: 3,5 из 5. Питание: завтраки по меню, вкусные и сытные. Сотрудники ресторана вежливые и клиентоориентированные. Общее впечатление: хороший отель за адекватные деньги.

Отвратительное место. Не рекомендую сюда приезжать. Приехали однажды, было очень много негативных ньюансов, но нам объяснили, что это временно. Приехали через 2,5 года, заходим в номер, а тут вонь стоит, такое ощущение, что не успели убрать перед предыдущим заездом, но администратор говорит, что если не нравится, можете съехать. В итоге созвон с менеджером гостиницы и в разговоре ни слова про возможные варианты решения. Присылают сообщение лишь разные, чтобы замолвить все не удобства, например, прокатиться на горе, что итак включено. Приходим в номер, а там снова вонь, говорят итоги ремонта, но кто понимает в чем дело, так явно говорить не будет. Со мной зашли мои друзья, которые занимают 2 номера и тоже удивились негативно!Я уже не говорю, что происходит в туалете, когда мы зашли в номер ♂️ Отель не рекомендую, отпуск испорчен, обращения в соответствующие службы подготовили! Пробывал уладить ситуацию, но получилось все дежурно...

В очередной раз все отлично!!! Номера чистые, комфортные. Ресторан все вкусно. Место расположения прекрасное. Спасибо Белокурихе и Благодати!!! Рекомендую для семейного отдыха!!! Если бы был бассейн, было бы прекрасно!!! Спасибо за прогулку по канатной дороге!
