The hotel is great, but when booking, call the hotel in advance to see if the information given in the app is correct, I had a problem when I got to the hotel, because the app didn't have any prompt to inform that the lounge area was closed due to covid, Because it was an application bug, we didn't have much choice to do, I tried to convince the call center but we couldn't, they asked us when to send an email, who knows” will get a response, it's not delivered correctly The total error of the application of the information, we do not leave a solution.

Hotel desk, parking, valet attendants were always kind & helpful. Room was comfortable & clean. Work out room & amenities well taken care of. Convenient location. Great breakfast, good food at restaurants - all the above I give 5 stars. However the organization of restaurant in the evening needs major attention, which is sad because the food is excellent, and so I give 2 stars as I’ll describe below. For our evening dinner we - and other guests waited more than an hour for food. It was obvious they were understaffed but no one checked in with us and it was hard to get their attention. When our food arrived, they forgot my elderly mother’s meal. Wait staff continued to not check in with us - and we felt ignored. Finally we spoke with staff and they got my mothers meal…about an additional 45 minutes later, we actually ate together. I complained to the restaurant manager and I was treated disrespectfully. I felt her meal needed to be compensated. His reply was “No - well she ate it didn’t she?” I was stunned by his rudeness and stood my ground that a 5 star hotel should not treat their guests this way. A waiter saw the ridiculous exchange and ended comping her meal. I noticed other hotel guests were frustrated too and had similar issues. At the very least all that needed to be done was for the staff to communicate,”Please be patient with us; were understaffed” etc. -That would’ve made a world of a difference.

Great location, nearby many shops and restaurants. Room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, beautiful room view. The room wasnt cleaned 2x even after being asked. Room is a bit too ”bare” and dark at night even with all lights on. Also, with almost no amenities and bathroom too basic. Still, comfortable in general.

It meets the needs of a traveler. For example: hot shower and comfortable bed. Only one observation: sweet outdoor windows but nothing to catch the stay. All happened very well! I stayed in apt 1302(excellent accommodation)

Quick reception, suites with excellent size and excellent beds, excellent acoustic lock, very good shower! The breakfast is fat and offers a variety of choices of juices, cakes and fruits. Exceptional service for all staff, especially Sabrina and Rafael. I went to work, the location is very good, near the center. The hotel structure has served me well, comfortable room, and very tasteful breakfast. The breakfast offer is very legal, it is not self-service, we are on the order of what we want and the boy brings what it has been chosen, everything fresh and very tasty, and the hosting is worth it.

Excellent service, excellent location, very comfortable bedroom and beautiful view of the city. This very complete breakfast and the swimming pool in these hot days was essential. Surely one of the best hotels I've ever been.
