We like our stay quite. nice and well-functional staff. Simply but clean and good size room. Excellent breakfast included in the daily. Excellent location, near to tourist points, bars and restaurants. Free manufacturer. Excellent cost/benefit.

I found the hotel very good, in another hotel in BH in August was a bad experience. SAN DIEGO is clean, new, smellful, the rooms are small, but that is the less, the corridors have a carpet, which prevents noise, the coffee is very good (I just didn't like the pretence that is of bad quality or is presented). The next has a McDonald's, is on the streets with little movement, the attendants are hearty. 3 fast lifts, it never took to rise or down, the air conditioning is split and not window. Finally, a standard city hotel, which is not BH. I was staying two days and booked two rooms for four people, two in each.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com bares, restaurantes e cafeterias perto. Café da manhã excelente. Funcionários ótimos, educados, fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo funcionário Nelson na hora do check in, prestativo e eficiente. Minha única ressalva é o banheiro do quarto, muito pequeno, e a água do box não tinha vazão.

The hotel is located in the centre of Belo Horizonte and has very old accommodation. The reception service is a little misguided. The room we were was a spacious, good bed, old air conditioning and noisy. The bathroom was also with good room and a good shower, but the water was passed through the door and flooded the bathroom.

Hotel located well in the centre of BH. There is a very close proximity to the 7th square and municipal park. Care: quick and friendly. Room: wide and clean. Wands are dirty. Also air conditioning. I stayed in room 814. I have noise from the street. The same thing every day. It doesn't have juices but cool. It gets buses for excursions so breakfast can be very complicated. We stayed without eating some ingredients on Saturday morning, leisure: I used the pool. I was clean. I didn't have parking. The room was cleaned every day, but no savon and shampoo were put in our rooms. I would be very close to shopping, but I would be again, and look for other hotels before going on.

I enjoyed the accommodation. Cost x ideal benefit. nice staff. Breakfast was great. I went to work. I was perfect for rest and stay. I just missed takes in the room and the cover was not a pleasant smell. I used the convenient parking, $40,00 per day with the hotel discount.

Me hospedei por motivo de férias. O hotel tem uma vista linda, o estacionamento custa 30 reais por noite, mas se tiver um carro muito grande vai ser difícil entrar. Me deram um quarto no térreo e não consegui dormir pelo barulho: noite em claro. Quanto aos detalhes: blackout rasgado, lençol de baixo pequeno que não forrava o colchão, controle do ar totalmente sujo e grudento. O pessoal da recepção é muito educado e disponível, em quanto o gerente é tudo menos que gerente: deselegante e inconveniente. Eu não voltarei e não recomendo!

The hotel has a pool and academy that were disabled while we were in the hotel, you know why. Here are photos of the pool. And I walked over the pool. They were daring to say there was no pool at the hotel, but it was detail, people don't seem happy to work there, in general, no smile on their face, just robotic behavior. Except for the gentleman who attended me at the restaurant at the beginning of the night. Well sympathetic. I'm sorry not to remember the name. And the cheerleader who cleaned my floor. What sympathy! Generally, a hotel ok. There are no travessers in the room. It has one per person, it is low and soft, and it is not careful, there is moffo in many points of the room, I know the dirt of the air conditioning, since my allergy appeared and other people who went to the same place. The coffee doesn't varied from one day to another, it's always the same thing, it's not bad, but every day is complicated in a week.

Bom custo-benefício, local bem limpo, organizado e conta com uma ótima estrutura. A localização é privilegiada, em um bairro tranquilo e seguro. Nos arredores, conta com uma grande variedade de restaurantes e serviços como supermercado e farmácia. Alguns dos principais museus e atrativos turísticos da cidade estão a poucos minutos a pé do Hostel. Atendimento nota 10!

GGuest UserModern, well located, clean with a nice staff. I will be back, definitely. The rooms are larger than the competition and the staff is particularly keen on giving you the best information with kindness. We even got a cake because was my mother’s birthday! However, breakfast could be better, with more fruits, juices and cakes. Don’t get me wrong, it is a good breakfast, but just the fruits were not inviting enough. It might be the pandemic which obliges to cut the fruit in many small pieces and then to pack them with plastic foil. All in all, one of the best hotel in Belo Horizonte. I would be back in no time. Highly recommended!

DDrumondI went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.

Traveled to Brazil to visit family. I’ve stayed here back in 2006 just after it was opened. It was lovely. This time in 2022 April I would give it a miss. The staff were rude particularly the guy with grey hair and tattoos on his arm at reception. I first got to the room and was surprised and how dirty the whole place was. Stains on the carpet smears on the walls and when I got to my room, holes in my sheets. I then went downstairs and politely asked to be upgraded at my expense. The next room was a suite with a beautiful corner room view. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work. The next day I asked for assistance to look at it, I was told it worked. I said I was cooler in the hallway than it was in my suite. They would not provide any help. I even had my brother who spoke Portuguese sort the issue as they didn’t seem interested. This resulted in the embarrassing task of relocating to 3 different rooms and then downgrading because there was no working air conditioning in many of the rooms despite the hotel saying it worked. To mention the other issues: I was double charged for my prepaid stay on the way out. Our rooms weren’t cleaned daIly. The buffet was not to standard Although is has a great location, try the Mercure one block back… this is not an Accor hotel. It’s not up to standard.. Dirty, rude staff, bad air conditioning, unclean.

EElsaP159We went here directly from the Ibis in Vitoria which was amazing! Well....that can’t be said for this one. I checked in prior to arriving ‘because it would save time’ I was told on my email...errr, no it won’t, so don’t waste yours. The receptionist didn’t speak English. Well that’s ok because we’re not Brazilian and no other hotel speaks English either and we managed but Ibis states they do, so it’s a bonus. And in Vitoria everyone spoke English and were so helpful. There was someone in the office who came out and said in English we’d have to wait. After 15 mins waiting for the people in front to be sorted, the English speaking person came out and started checking us in. I explained that I’d done this online. Was told it didn’t matter, he still had to do it. Breakfast, that was a fiasco. We’d paid for this so went into the restaurant to be told we needed something. What? Tokens...the receptionist didn’t really believe we weren’t given them at check in. Breakfast: stale bread, stale cake, flies on food. The taxis outside are intimidating and take up all the space outside restricting you getting another lift from elsewhere. On leaving, all the vehicular entrances and exits were obstructed by several coaches unloading children. Would I recommend this one? No! There’s another couple in belo Horizonte to choose from.

I transcrib here what was reported in telephone contact with booking.com: We arrived yesterday, my wife and I, at the boulevard square in Belo Horizonte, MG and we faced with lack of parking vacancies in the accommodation, they would be offered if available, which was not clear on the booking site, and therefore a contradiction to the consumer protection code. We were trying to use the Internet, but it wasn't working, a few minutes later, and we know that this could happen, and we contacted the reception that was ready to help and re-start the routers. We had decided that we would still stay, taking into account the time's advances, when we finally realized that the accommodation was waterless, we could not be able to sweat, to take bath or to use bathroom. We had to choose to exchange hotels because, contrary to what was said in the advertising on the Internet, it did not remove the minimum of our needs, and finally, when we went out, we did not get any refund on the site. We are directing to the only hotel in the region with rooms available and that was reasonably close to where we were, the hotel VIVENZO SAVASSI. We had to pay more than $800,00 for a room just slightly above the previous, because we had to exchange the hotel last hour. Thank you, Matthew and Isadora.
