É a segunda vez que me hospedo, gosto muito do hotel, mas precisam melhorar os travesseiros, parecem mais umas espojas colocada na capa, muito duras e desconfortáveis. E dessa vez o assento do vaso estava todo quebrado, achei bem anti higiênico, além do desconforto, quarto 1107.

The receptionist promptly helped us and kindly stored our luggage until 10 pm. When we returned, they even made the bathroom in the cafeteria available for us to use, if necessary!
