The hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The breakfast is poor and the service is bad. The place has apartments with residents and not just guests, and that's why we had a problem: a resident had a party and we couldn't sleep. The hotel did nothing about it. The employees are unprepared to support guests, we were only able to resolve our problems when we managed to talk to the manager.

I really liked the hotel, location, cleanliness and service, Nelson at the reception was very friendly. Breakfast very varied, but average, fantastic omelette. Only the bathroom left something to be desired, it's not draining, even if you turn it on a little, it makes a puddle lol.

O hotel possui uma excelente localização, um café da manhã maravilhoso mas deixou a desejar nas instalações.
A contração via app informava que o quarto possuía ar-condicionado, de fato tinha mas, ao chegarmos no hotel o mesmo não estava funcionando em perfeitas condições. Foi chamado o técnico da manutenção 2x e mesmo assim o ar condicionado ligava com um ar muito fraco (até porque era 18.000 btus) e logo após parava de novo. Para piorar, esse quarto era virado para o sol da tarde, ou seja, estava muito quente. Ao questionar na recepção na primeira vez, apenas disseram “uhuuum” e alegavam que não poderiam fazer nada ou que o hotel estava cheio (chamaram o técnico - resolveu temporário e o problema voltou), por isso não poderia me realocar mesmo se eu pagasse a mais. Na segunda tentativa, a mesma coisa. Pela foto abaixo da pra perceber que o ar- condicionado instalado é bem antigo.
Por fim, se você fizer uma viagem com o intuito de lazer para a família ou para comemorar uma data especial, não recomendo, porque você terá que contar com a sorte! Obs: “ Como vc se sentiria se fosse uma data comemorativa de relacionamento?
