De forma geral ficamos mto satisfeitos. Apenas um ponto a melhorar seria o café da manhã, mto simples e restrito pelo porte e estrutura do hotel.

Hairdryer did not work.
I ordered an omelette because it said it was offered free if ordered at breakfast, but they just replied OK and never brought it, but offered it to other customers who ordered it later.

O estacionamento é apertado, recomendo o uso do manobrista do hotel. A conexão de internet é péssima, entao se for precisar de internet, escolha outro hotel. O ar-condicionado é antigo e barulhento, se tiver sono leve precisa desligar. As camareiras são gentis, em contraponto ao pessoal da recepção com cara de paisagem que mal dão bom dia. Um dia precisei da internet e disseram que era problema meu e que ninguém tava reclamando. Entao desci pra recepção e a conexão era super lenta, uma vergonha. Ponto positivo: a localização.

Hotel já um pouco antigo, precisando de renovação nos quartos. A cama e os travesseiros são muito confortáveis, mas o ar condicionado ainda é de janela, ou seja, barulhento, controle não funcionava painel e não me permitia a adequada regulagem, a TV não tem sinal HD e a seleção de canais é fraca, a academia é quase o mesmo de não ter. Quanto grande, café da manhã com pouca variedade, mas bom. Sinal de internet muito lento.

Muito desapontado fiquei com as mudanças para pior do hotel. Eles simplesmente cortaram os canais fechados dos quartos (assim me informaram) e o hóspede é obrigado a ter somente canais abertos péssimos disponíveis. O café do café da manhã sempre é frio, mesmo sendo colocado na hora sobre a mesa, além de muito amargo (a qualidade não é boa). Precisam melhorar. O bistrô novo não combina com o café frio e com a falta de canais.
