The hotel's location is excellent, restaurants, shopping mall, ice cream shop, stationery store, pharmacies... everything you need is just a few steps from the hotel!
The facilities are super comfortable and clean! We felt very welcomed by the service we received, very polite and attentive to us!

My reservation was not identified by the hotel. I arrived at 5:50 pm to check in, but the attendant did not recognize my reservation and refused to hand over my room access card. They informed that until later the reserve would be located. When I returned at dawn again I was informed that my reservation was not located, causing great wear and tear. After much debate, access was granted. The stay was completely compromised, and I wish to be reimbursed for the amount spent

Hotel muito bem localizado. Pertíssimo do Shopping Savassi. Vista espetacular dos limites da cidade, do Shopping e do Colégio Marista. Bairro seguro e arborizado. Muitas lojas e restaurantes por perto. Restaurante Olegário, dentro do hotel, muito bom. Instalações muito confortáveis, ar condicionado excelente, fina decoração, chuveiro ótimo e produtos de higiene de primeira e atendimento dos funcionários excelente, destaque para o Rafael da recepção.
