O hotel é muito bom. Excelente café, funcionários cordiais, ótima localização, ótimo custo-benefício. Os pontos negativos: rampa da garagem muito estreita e perigosa para carros maiores, os quartos tem piso de carpete, o condensador do ar fica na varanda do quarto fazendo barulho alto, a TV do quarto ficou instalada na passagem oferecendo perigo para bater a cabeça, os elevadores tem aquela porta antiga e pesada que dificulta a passagem com malas, a piscina tem um toldo de acrílico que quando chove faz um barulho enorme para quem está perto do quarto andar. Só atentar a esses detalhes, uma nota justa seria 8 em 10.
