I stayed at the Springhill suites hotel from Sep 6th to 9th, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. I can’t believe this place even calls itself a hotel. First off, they didn’t provide the most basic amenities. No toothbrushes, no toothpaste, and not even a bottle of water in the room. It’s mind-boggling that in 2024, a place like this can’t manage to offer these essentials. But that’s not even the worst part. The housekeeping was nonexistent. I stayed there for four nights, and not once did they clean my room. I kept calling the front desk asking for housekeeping, but I was told repeatedly that the staff had gone home and couldn’t help. Are you kidding me? How does a hotel operate without basic room cleaning services? And the staff? Don’t even get me started. When I tried to address the issue, I was met with “sorry, we can’t do anything because it’s after hours.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for guests. Overall, my experience at this hotel was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you’re thinking about staying here, think again. You’ll likely be disappointed and frustrated, just like I was.

I wonder how this is a 2-star hotel! I’ve been to 3 and 4 stars and they were no where near that hotels level! The hotel is so clean, rooms are amazing!! Spacious, modern, so comfy beds, sofa in the room, fridge, stand shower.. breakfast was great as well. For those travelling, it’s a very short drive to SFO. There’s a bar in the lobby, and an ATM. Plenty of parking, and if you have an EV, they got you covered with chargers. Plenty of food options around. Highly recommended
