Beautiful location to relax and go on excursions on foot, by m-bike and skiing in winter. Gorgeous panorama! Very attentive welcome and room with a view of the valley. Possibility of wellness. Excellent vegan/vegetarian menu, with service and particular attention from the staff!

The Hotel Zur Alten Gasse is in a beautiful, open location, about 400m from the chairlift that leads to the ski area, the higher hiking trails and the mountain trails. The room balconies offer plenty of space for a table with two armchairs and extend the wonderful view of the mountains from the modern bedroom. The contrasting black and white shower room with toilet also speaks for modern times. The daily menu selection is varied and very good, the dishes are presented with great skill and taste excellent. The wine list offers connoisseurs a varied and good selection. The large breakfast buffet also leaves nothing to be desired. From fruit juices, fresh fruit salad and dried fruit, fresh muesli, yogurt varieties, egg dishes, ham and fine cheese platters, a selection of crispy bread and small freshly baked croissants, everything is there. Even the sparkling wine is not to be missed. The 12m long swimming pool surrounded by glass, the fitness corner, as well as the whirlpool and sauna, open up the view through the glass walls to the mountains. The staff is not only very friendly and helpful, their attention is often accompanied by humor. In short

Wir waren für ein paar Nächte im Hotel einquartiert inklusive Halbpension. Die Zimmer sind nicht gross, auch die Badezimmer sind eher klein. Es sieht danach aus, dass alles vor einiger Zeit sanft renoviert wurde. Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank und auch keinen Safe. Die Zimmer sind eher hellhörig. Trotz allem reicht es für ein paar Nächte. Das Highlight in diesem Hotel ist die Küche. Egal ob Frühstücksbuffet oder am Abend das Mehrgangmenu, alles ist herrlich frisch und lädt zum Geniessen ein. Für uns ein wahrer Traum. Hier lohnt es sich zu verweilen. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wünsche werden entgegengenommen und umgesetzt. Die Preise (Küche) bewegen sich für das Gebotene im absoluten Rahmen. Gerne wieder.

Sehr gemütliches Hotel mit einem feinen Spa-Bereich mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und ausreichend. Sehr freundliches Personal, sei es an Rezeption oder im Rest des Hotels.

Excellent hôtel, bien situé dans les partie haute de Bellwald, près du télésiège sur une route très peu fréquentée, donc calme garanti. Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et confortable tant pour la literie que la salle de bain, grand balcon face aux sommets du Valais. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Excellent restaurant avec en demi-pension des plats recherchés, bien présentés. Magnifique spa avec vue panoramique, spacieux( piscine, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi). Une bonne adresse pour profiter du bon air et des randonnées.
