The service is impeccable from the security gate to your suite. Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. A very comfortable room. The room lacked cutlery and crockery. There was an AC in each part of the room but basic TV channels. The room also had a comfortable bed and great Eartherapy toiletries. A great stay overall.

I only had a very short stay at Ridgeworth but Sarie greeted me warmly late in the evening and received hugs on my departure. When I first saw my accommodation I thought it was lovely but it took me a few minutes to realize how large it was. Nicely decorated and lots of amenities included. Was also grateful for the airport shuttle, nice convenience. Breakfast was quite impressive. I wish I had the time to spend another night. Highly recommend
