Upon arrival there was not enough rooms for everyone. We are a group of high school netball girls, so some of the girls had to sleep 3 on a bed, or on the couches Some of the linen was dirty, some of the rooms was dirty and some rooms had cockroaches in.

Management tells me they are running out of toilet paper and soap and refuse to make a plan, even though it company is paying thousands of rands a night for us to stay there. I find this ridiculous and unacceptable

Definitely NOT a guest lodge but a hostel. Parking was a huge problem. We were called several times to move vehicles in order for other guests to be able to park theirs. On entering you do not get a professional and friendly vibe. The room was for 3 persons, but towels, glasses, etc was supplied for 2 persons. One word for the shower - sies! On the shower curtain there is mould at the bottom of the curtain and the toilet seat broken/loose. Nothing to make stay comfortable was provided - no hand soap at the basin and no hairdryer in room or available at reception. Very noisy - each time the electric gate opens or someone opens another room's door, you are awaken by the noise. We booked for 2 nights, but only stayed for 1 and made alternative arrangements for our last night in Belville. Will definitely NOT recommend.

Beautiful guesthouse in a lovely and peaceful; neighborhood, with professional staff and very spacious rooms. Great Value for money. Has good WIFI comfortable beds. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay when on business or holiday
