Do not waste your money here, rooms are disgusting. Not as advertised rooms are small and carry a weird smell. Look for somewhere else to stay I don’t not recommend staying here for any reason. Rooms are dirty as if they were not cleaned, bathtub had dirt and debris. They do not refund any money back which should have been the first red flag.

Nice rooms Tile floors ice box in rooms They are cleaning up the place it looks nice.a small store in office and thats great keep up the good work i will come back two this place .the worker go out of their way to help you out . to make sure stay great

Great staff and clean rooms. kind front desk service..they make you feel so welcome.. They have some goodies in the front office for your kids or even your own self and they have coffee for in the morning times.. Also have stuff you will need to shower and even have other stuff ect.

Very clean room and amazing staff I most definitely recommend it.amd also it is walking distance to Walmart and heb and multiple restaurants to choose from that is also walking distance i have had no problems at all and loke some motels i have been to in Waco fhey dont bother you andbare not rude when you ask for things

People very friendly love lovely people people the owner It's very nice. The owner willing to help you in need. But it's very quiet no noisy neighbors. The nice Love people everyone The owner is very nice, very lovable, very funny. The owner's check on us every day helps us have a great day.

the rooms were clean, the lady at the front desk Cathy was more interested in her computer then dealing with the family in front of me then. When I was up at the desk she could keep her eyes off her computer. I found that very rude.
