Really enjoyed the property. The check-in process was really easy and the unit had coffee, tea, and plenty of space for me to spread out. I really enjoyed waking up in the morning and sitting on the balcony. The property was so quiet which was a huge plus because I am a light sleeper.

When we arrived a the apartment the access items (keys, fobs for fitness center and garage door opener) were not in the apartment. The previous renter took them and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. So, we were instructed to find parking on our own nearby and seek reimbursement after our trip. The closest was 2 blocks away. After a long day of travel and visiting family we were looking forward to sitting down and watching the rest of the playoff game in our apartment. The TV didn't work and batteries in the remote were corroded. So, we didn't have the use of the TV, the fitness center or the garage, all part of the amentities promised. Kasa offered a nominal amount of money to comensate me for the missing amenities and my time dealing with them. I would never pay $275 per night for two beds, bathroom and wifi. I would not rent from Kasa if at all possible and I certainly wouldn't use this property again.

This Kasa property is wonderful. The units are huge and well appointed. I really liked the balconies and the cleanliness of the units. The location of the apartments is great for anyone looking to travel around Bellevue and the greater Seattle area. The kitchens are huge in these units so if you are a cook you are in luck.

Beautiful location and a beautiful apartment. Already planning my next trip back! The unit comes equipped with a full washer and dryer and a spacious kitchen. The property is also within walking distance from great food and shopping and a quick 15 minutes from downtown Seattle. The property is also close to a central bus station, making it easy to navigate anywhere you need to go with or without a personal vehicle.

walk score 10/10. You don't really need a car if you just need a place that has access to a restaurant, park, coffee, and gym. You can also walk 20 mins to the lake and chill over there. I love how clean the street is and how safe I feel when staying there. The unit itself is spacious. 2-bed room with 2 bathrooms AND a big kitchen and living room. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfy as well. Great value for the price!

I had a great stay at Kasa in Bellevue. The units are huge and have a ton of amenities. I really enjoyed the welcome waters and cookies that were left for my arrival. The check-in process was extremely smooth and it was really easy to find my unit. I walked into the unit and was genuinely impressed with the size of the unit I was staying in. I will stay again next time I am in the Seattle area.
