Hôtel indigne de la chaîne Ibis. Chambre désuète, odeurs d'égout et d'humidité. Irrespect des demandes du client (chambre bruyante côté rue et proche de la réception, alors que la demande était une chambre calme). Tappa durante il ritorno. Chiamiamo chiedendo una stanza per 2 adulti, un bambino e un neonato. Ci dicono che non possono darci una stanza unica, obbligatoriamente devono darci 2 stanze ma ci garantiscono due stanze comunicanti e il lettino per il neonato. Arrivati ci danno due stanze non comunicanti e ci comunicano che il lettino non è disponibile. Risultato il neonato ha dovuto dormire in mezzo a noi, il bambino grande nel suo letto a castello e la seconda stanza è stata pagata per non essere nemmeno aperta. Avessero ammesso subito le condizioni avremmo cercato altre soluzioni.

Mon fils a passé un très bon séjour à l’ hôtel. En partant il a oublié un objet auquel il tenait dans la chambre et parti avec le linge. L’équipe de l’hôtel a recherché dans tout le linge, retrouvé l’objet, nous a rappelé. Super attitude! Merci !

L'hotel Ibis rouge de Vichy étant complet, nous nous sommes rabattus sur l'hotel Ibis budget. Nous avions déjà fréquenté les Ibis budget à travers la France et nous savions ce que nous allions trouvé. Ces hôtels n'ont pas changé depuis des années et doivent perdre des clients vis à vis de l'hôtellerie traditionnelle. Chambre petite , salle d'eau exigüe avec w.c. , lavabo à coté du lit. Nous avons payé 72.65€ la nuit alors que 2 jours plus tard nous avons payé 95€ petit déj compris à l'Ibis style de Fréjus.
