Sometimes backyard tourism is the best kind of tourism. We gaze at Jost from the deck of our home, but this was our first time spending more than a few hours here--and it did not disappoint. Like proper tourists, we explored, lazed on the beach, goat-watched, and had our fill of frozen beverages. And we rolled home to White Bay Villas for the best nights' rest we've had in a long time. We loved our accommodations, and the staff could not have been more wonderful. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

I’m in the midst of my third visit to WBV, which tells you a lot about what I think. All 3 of my trips have been as a solo (female) traveler, and I’ve always felt safe. The people of Jost Van Dyke are so welcoming, it feels like home in a short period of time White Bay Villas is well located with a view of White Bay, but walkable to Great Harbor so long as you don’t mind a decent hill. The beach is incredible! WBV sit above the beach with straightforward access. Highly recommend!

The view, the view, THE VIEW!!! We have been to Jost many times for the day, but to spend a whole week on island was the ultimate in relaxation! We stayed at Coconut Hillside Villa. The AC in the bedrooms kept things cool, even to the connecting bathrooms. The kitchen got a little warm, however. We spent most of our time outside watching THE VIEW (did I mention that ;). The location was great for spending time at White Bay or Great Harbour. The only improvement would be a pool onsite, but other than that, perfect for our needs and amazing stay!

Our stay at the White Bay Paradise Villas was excellent ! Clean, quite, wonderful Beach Club on the beach ! We scheduled a private excursion with Colin at the Jost Van Dyke Scuba Center which was excellent and convenient as we didn't have to travel to Tortola to pick up an excursion . The staff took excellent care of us as well !

We spent a great week at white bay villas for our anniversary. It was still the off season so not everything open but had plenty of places to eat drink and relax. We stayed in hillside banana villa. Great views. We are in our late 50s so the walk down the hill was fine but we took a cab back most days. Bring good walking shoes. Had great anniversary meal at Alice’s. Josie was great there. Larry very helpful during stay too. Bring bug spray they come out at night. Overall great time. Definitely recommend

We had a great three days staying at White Bay Villas. Lucy was incredibly helpful and professional. The villas are clean and have spectacular views. If you need a taxi, I highly recommend calling Steven. He’s a lifelong island resident and takes obvious pride in his home.

We had the most amazing trip! It is truly paradise here. Lovely people. I can’t describe how magical it is. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful escape. White Bay Villas is perfect. This is our 3rd visit. Many more to come! Thank you Lucy! Ken and Laura from Los Angeles.

Third year visiting WBV and had a great time once again. Beach in front of WBV’s Alice’s restaurant feels semi-private, water is perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding. Villas are cozy and comfortable, with stunning views of the Bay and ocean. Walks to villas from the beach are semi-strenuous; if this is a concern, definitely plan to rent a jeep for your stay. Staff are all super friendly and eager to help when needed. People on JVD are friendly in general and we always have felt safe as a same-sex couple.
