Perfect hotel for those going to see Hampi. We went with our school group on a tour. Near clean rooms, linen and amenities. Service is good and the food is wholesome, fresh and tasty. Zahid the restaurant manager took care of us and ensured we were happy. Do visit this property. You won't be disappointed.

THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD TILL DATE. it all started with my family needing a room in the middle of night due to long weekend (not my fault). Thanks to Sameer who was able to accommodate my family at such a short notice in the Maharani suite at a great rate. This property is truly majestic! no amount of words are enough. The suite which is also their highest priced but it comes with the value for money. A living room with a king side bed, enough space to host a party and a smaller room with a queen size bed as well as a separate dressing up area, definitely made for a MAHARANI (queen). The property itself is huge and feels like a small world in the middle of Karnataka. The hotel has a vintage car museum which fascinated me, a swimming pool, gym, spa and a great in house restaurant. The food! alright so I am professionally a chef and I do not enjoy restaurant style food anymore as it is often accentuated and that is exactly the part I loved about this place. Great food that tastes like it was made at home, comforting, pleasing just right and very fairly priced. Just wow! Other than above mentioned things the most important part to me was that this place only has 12 rooms and yet we got lucky, it truly is serene and quiet. There were times when I felt that the palace was left truly to us. Having our privacy and yet having someone to assist us, that is the mark of true luxury and outstanding Hospitality. special thanks to Lokesh, Joseph and Vishwajeet, biswa Karan (pardon me if I misspelled anyone's name) and anyone who's name I do not recall, each single person is worth thank for. see attached pictures. Great Stay,Hotel is Old,but well maintained, Very hard work For HK Dept where we understand opp is jsw plant and lot of dust polution . Great job HK Dept for Keeping Rooms Clean. So with Family came to See Hampi and Every Glimpse of Ruins Hampi,So When we returned back to hotel, Exellent Hospitality Services From Alfiya, Arvind Receptionist who helped us for Wi-Fi & Every needs. Entire Reception Staff Looks Well Trained. Apart from them Alfiya & Arvind Should be Well Appreciated for there Behavior & Giving Good Services to the Guest.

GGuest UserI am giving 2 stars for the cleanliness and appearance. I deducted 3 stars for rudeness and service. The stay was ok but the staff is rude. The staffs lack in communication between themselves. Our dinner was included in our pakage and we confirmed it before ordering yet while checkout they argued about its not included. NAIVEDYAM Restaurant staff is very rude too. We ordered dinner in room first and then icecream. They said that you cannot place multiple orders, we don't have time to serve multiple times, even if they are taking extra service charges from customer. There is no fridge in room(accepted) and expect us to order icecream with dinner and have it as what milkshake? We pay heavy amount for the services and yet they expect us to understand if service is not to the mark, and also argue on it.

The Best part of the entire trip goes as follows 1.Very good Hotel -Especially Spacious ,Clean ,Neat,Modern Suite Room with 2 Wash Rooms and very great sitting place. 2.Frontline Team headed by Jay is simply wonderful,This boy who coordinated my entire trip start from Room booking till my checkout was simply Awesome and Core professional. 3.The other team members are good but definitely has room for improvement,But base line of Room service team is their smile on face and intent to serve....More the time better they would gain experience.

GGuest UserVery nice location v in the heart of hospet city, nice to shop, food, medicines facility very near, car parking facility is nice. Tungabhadra dam is 4 km and hampi is 14 km. Very nice to stay at reasonable amount with make my trip.
