It was a good hotel for a city like bellary. What I likes was the mattress was a good spring cushion mattress. But the covers were not cleaned. We asked them and they changes the sheets immediately. The service boy was very courteous and kind. The toilet water gun was not working. There was no running hot water available on tap. Their restaurant was pretty impressive on the food side.

THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD TILL DATE. it all started with my family needing a room in the middle of night due to long weekend (not my fault). Thanks to Sameer who was able to accommodate my family at such a short notice in the Maharani suite at a great rate. This property is truly majestic! no amount of words are enough. The suite which is also their highest priced but it comes with the value for money. A living room with a king side bed, enough space to host a party and a smaller room with a queen size bed as well as a separate dressing up area, definitely made for a MAHARANI (queen). The property itself is huge and feels like a small world in the middle of Karnataka. The hotel has a vintage car museum which fascinated me, a swimming pool, gym, spa and a great in house restaurant. The food! alright so I am professionally a chef and I do not enjoy restaurant style food anymore as it is often accentuated and that is exactly the part I loved about this place. Great food that tastes like it was made at home, comforting, pleasing just right and very fairly priced. Just wow! Other than above mentioned things the most important part to me was that this place only has 12 rooms and yet we got lucky, it truly is serene and quiet. There were times when I felt that the palace was left truly to us. Having our privacy and yet having someone to assist us, that is the mark of true luxury and outstanding Hospitality. special thanks to Lokesh, Joseph and Vishwajeet, biswa Karan (pardon me if I misspelled anyone's name) and anyone who's name I do not recall, each single person is worth thank for. see attached pictures. 1. This hotel is situated in prime location and 12km from all major tourist spots like Vitthal temple, Virupaksha temple. 2. Rooms are clean and washrooms are also clean. 3. Staff is good and service to the room is quick. 4. All rooms have balconies which are not found in any hotel nowadays. This is because the hotel is 30 years old. This is an older hotel and the new hotel is hardly 50mts away which is charged double the price of this hotel. 5. Size of the room is good and the bed is comfortable. Hot water is running throughout the day. They filter 2 liters of water each day. 6. We stayed for 3 days and we took complementary breakfast and lunch/dinner packages. They serve both north and south indian food. However we always had dinner at Hotel Abhiruchi which is on the other side of the road. 7. Parking is ample.

The hotel is good , and the room which we got was very nice . We were 3 adults and one kid , so I was in the impression I have to take extra bed but the hotel provided us a room which had an extra single bed cum cot inside the same room . The single cot was also having a seperate small room within the same room … so this made our stay much more peaceful

I am traveling with my friends and family for a holiday in Hampi . We have booked two King room for 4 nights. First of our arrival our welcome was warm and well placed i would say. First day we stayed at the property so went for lunch and placed food order with alacarte option. We ordered paneer tikka, Dal, rice , cheesy mushroom , paneer chilly and bissebille rice. All these items were yummy and our family thought wow the food is great . Except for paneer chilly which we felt could have been better in taste but it's ok that was not that bad. Desserts were really good ie tiramisu and Shahi tukda which was very enjoyed by the family. So we were very excited with the beginning or how the stay had started. Next day after our siteseeing we went for dinner and opted for buffet on 24Dec2024. We ordered Khichdi for my kid but it didn't show up for 30 minutes . So I reminded the guy who took the order and later I was told by the staff sorry sir order was not placed. Buffet food was not really that great specially for ones opting for veg . Staff catering to people in the food hall looked lost as they were newly hired or either they were tiered of multiple shifts. One of our family member when munched plum Cake he got a small stone in the cake . We calmly called the chef and gave the feedback that's it. Now next day 25Dec 2024 same story in terms of buffet was not really value for money. We ordered fresh lime juice it too ages to reach our table. I was patient enough and reached out to supervisor and asked is everything OK or are you all overwhelmed. Honestly the response that i got was just troubleshooting approach but not making an effort to understand the issue I would say. So day of 25dec was also dishearting with hyatt. Today I went for breakfast with family and like every Indian I guess asked for tea and guess the response I get sorry sir mik vendor has delayed the supply thoda time lagena? I was like seriously is this really happening at hyatt. I was calm and went to the supervisor and I asked her are you all not properly staffed or is this week little overwhelming and gave her background of last two days roo. She said let me see what I can do for you and yes she did convey her regret . My point is with hyatt is this common ? I still have two nights left with hyatt hoping to see some change . I don't have concern over property but service and food should be value for money or what's the differentiator between hyatt or some 2 or 3 stars hotel chains . My humble request to Hyatt team is please have someone look in to this or footprints will eventually disappear in this property Trip typeHoliday · Friends Rooms3. Service2.
