The hotel is good; as such being one of the very few 4 star hotels in the area the hotel is a bit over priced. The rooms are OK; my AC and room phone both were not working and had to be fixed. The pillow covers were torn and had holes, extremely limited toilet accessories, and the buffet was average. But the staff is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Very attentive staff and this is what makes your money worth it.

1. This hotel is situated in prime location and 12km from all major tourist spots like Vitthal temple, Virupaksha temple. 2. Rooms are clean and washrooms are also clean. 3. Staff is good and service to the room is quick. 4. All rooms have balconies which are not found in any hotel nowadays. This is because the hotel is 30 years old. This is an older hotel and the new hotel is hardly 50mts away which is charged double the price of this hotel. 5. Size of the room is good and the bed is comfortable. Hot water is running throughout the day. They filter 2 liters of water each day. 6. We stayed for 3 days and we took complementary breakfast and lunch/dinner packages. They serve both north and south indian food. However we always had dinner at Hotel Abhiruchi which is on the other side of the road. 7. Parking is ample.
