Evolve Back Hampi

An over rated resort with a lack of concern for the guests. We had 2 snakes on the porch of our suite and the resort couldn't really care much. Took their time to come and remove them. Obviously, no checks and in that period, no guidelines of safety or room change or anything was mentioned. It spoilt our vacation and traumatized our son. Not recommending this ever. For a USD 700-800 a night resort, the level of service in times of exceptional circumstances dropped tremendously.

A full 5 star rating for this 5-star property. It's got impeccable hospitality, extremely courteous and welcoming staff and stunning architecture. I would easily give it 10 stars in nearly everything- staff behaviour, thoughtfulness, food, hospitality, suite decor and opulent architecture. This was my first stay at an Evolve Back property and I am astounded by the whole experience. It beats so many other resorts across the country I have stayed in. Few people I would specifically like to call out for excellent service- Mohanan & his colleague from HK for their smiles and quick service, Chandana, Sudesh and Balamma from front desk who patiently answered all our queries, took out time to make us feel at home & Balamma patiently gave us a Jal Mahal tour too beyond her office hours. In Tuluva, nearly everyone - Vinay, Saurabh and all other staff who were always on their toes. Abhijith - the naturalist who later doubled up as a storyteller for their evening session was excellent. His knowledge about birds, their sounds and the forest is rich and he is very kind. This is one of the longest reviews I have written and every bit of it feels underrated. Clearly the training imparted to the staff is par excellence and that reflects in their collective efforts to keep guest comfort on top. Hospitality aside, they have complimentary high tea, nature’s walk, story telling session and a wonderful souvenir shop. The suite was quite big- comes with an outdoor jacuzzi, complimentary snacks and beverages replenished twice a day and the overall room gave an authentic feel of living in a bygone era. I honestly can’t wait to explore their other 2 properties in India- the Hampi staff and resort have set the benchmark very high. I plan to return here soon, again..

Evolve Back, Hampi was the ideal place to stay during our visit to the historical temples around Hampi. Our experience was flawless from the moment we arrived until our departure 2 nights later.The hotel staff went above & beyond to make our trip unforgettable, and the restaurant staff created delicious gluten-free options for one of our friends with a severe gluten allergy. Veeresh, the tour guide arranged by the hotel, was knowledgeable, spoke excellent English, and highlighted intricate historical details that we would have missed on our own. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hampi. We were so impressed tht we booked Kabini and are considering a visit to their resort in Botswana as well.

Beautiful property, spacious rooms, great food and spa. The team went out of the way to make us feel welcomed and relaxed. The choice of menu and customised curation of food added to the experience. The services and the spa were also exceptional. One good place to go and stay, unwind and relax, and come back rejuvenated.

One of The best heritage resorts of india definitely would be Hampi Evolve Back Resort . The vintage aesthetics of the hotel rooms were excellent. Our Room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. The resort was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. Food was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The exceptional hospitality from all the staff Miss Dhristi was so comforting and was guiding us in every aspect . All the amenities at resort exceeded my expectations. Thank you everyone especially Mr Bipin Bidappa sir for everything we have bagged up best memories of our holiday

This has to be one the best places we have ever stayed in - the communication and location were amazing, but what stole the show was the breadth and depth of hospitality, food, helpfulness all of which made this a truly magical experience. The property itself is beautiful, clean and exceptionally well maintained. Every single person we interacted with was beyond helpful, courteous and respectful. Bravo Evolve Back - we look forward with staying in your other properties too!
