I am giving 2 stars for the cleanliness and appearance. I deducted 3 stars for rudeness and service. The stay was ok but the staff is rude. The staffs lack in communication between themselves. Our dinner was included in our pakage and we confirmed it before ordering yet while checkout they argued about its not included. NAIVEDYAM Restaurant staff is very rude too. We ordered dinner in room first and then icecream. They said that you cannot place multiple orders, we don't have time to serve multiple times, even if they are taking extra service charges from customer. There is no fridge in room(accepted) and expect us to order icecream with dinner and have it as what milkshake? We pay heavy amount for the services and yet they expect us to understand if service is not to the mark, and also argue on it.

We had booked this hotel for its proximity to the railway station. We reached after few days exhausting sightseeing of Badami and Hampi. The stay was most relaxing here. Big comfy bed in huge room. AC TV functioning perfectly. Room service Reception staff all are above 4-5 star establishments. Our returning journey train was much delayed and the hotel management was very courteous and let us stay longer in the room at no extra charge which is nowadays exceptional in hotel industry. We were extremely happy with the stay here. The group has other properties at Bangalore and Madikeri; we surely will use them and we highly recommend Ananya Comfortss in Hospet to seniors families and couples for excellent location service and hospitality!!

THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD TILL DATE. it all started with my family needing a room in the middle of night due to long weekend (not my fault). Thanks to Sameer who was able to accommodate my family at such a short notice in the Maharani suite at a great rate. This property is truly majestic! no amount of words are enough. The suite which is also their highest priced but it comes with the value for money. A living room with a king side bed, enough space to host a party and a smaller room with a queen size bed as well as a separate dressing up area, definitely made for a MAHARANI (queen). The property itself is huge and feels like a small world in the middle of Karnataka. The hotel has a vintage car museum which fascinated me, a swimming pool, gym, spa and a great in house restaurant. The food! alright so I am professionally a chef and I do not enjoy restaurant style food anymore as it is often accentuated and that is exactly the part I loved about this place. Great food that tastes like it was made at home, comforting, pleasing just right and very fairly priced. Just wow! Other than above mentioned things the most important part to me was that this place only has 12 rooms and yet we got lucky, it truly is serene and quiet. There were times when I felt that the palace was left truly to us. Having our privacy and yet having someone to assist us, that is the mark of true luxury and outstanding Hospitality. special thanks to Lokesh, Joseph and Vishwajeet, biswa Karan (pardon me if I misspelled anyone's name) and anyone who's name I do not recall, each single person is worth thank for. see attached pictures. One of the Best Trips I ever did with family to Hampi.... All credit goes to ”Hotel Priyadarshini Pride” -Hospete... Railway station Road... The Best part of the entire trip goes as follows 1.Very good Hotel -Especially Spacious ,Clean ,Neat,Modern Suite Room with 2 Wash Rooms and very great sitting place. 2.Frontline Team headed by Jay is simply wonderful,This boy who coordinated my entire trip start from Room booking till my checkout was simply Awesome and Core professional. 3.The other team members are good but definitely has room for improvement,But base line of Room service team is their smile on face and intent to serve....More the time better they would gain experience.

Hotel is fine with ample amount of parking space, rooms are spacious, bathroom is okayish. It would be better if it was cleaned properly. There are issues with hot water and mosquitoes though. Food is just okay with very limited quantities available. Service is again okay which could have been better.
Hyatt Place Hampi
3.9/547 Reviews
We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting the many historical sites in Hampi which are about an hour away from this hotel. Hyatt Place is located in Vidyanagar Township which is dominated by a very large JSW steel works and as a result and from time to time there will be noise from the railway line supplying the factory - not intrusive but horns and the rumble from a long train of wagons can be heard in the room – also the roads around the hotel are coated in red oxide as a result of the industrial processes Hyatt Place is modern hotel with little character – and once inside it gives you the feeling of being anywhere from its large lobby to the bedrooms themselves. Check-in was laboured as much documentation was required including our visa that had allowed us into the country. We were allocated room 137 – a king room with breakfast - at the end of corridor – because of the unusual levels in the hotel it is one floor below reception – access up and down by flights of stairs as we never found a lift or had one pointed out to us. The room looks out into quadrangle made up of a large water feature with open walkways above. It is a large room - king sized bed - lamps and bedside tables - sofa - desk and chair - flatscreen tv on top of unit enclosing fridge but at right angles to bed - corridor with wardrobe - suitcase storage with drawers underneath - bathroom compact - large walk-in shower with rainforest head - AC - Wi-Fi average – floor to ceiling windows with door that opened onto a an area in front of the water – no outside chairs Not a bad room but very much an anywhere room - floor creaked where laminate has shrunk. On the way to dinner my wife slipped off a step and landed heavily on her left ankle - immediate help from reception - water supplied and a spray - after a while we hobbled to dinner…. luckily only heavy bruising – but the lighting in that area was deceptive We ate a few meals in the dining room – food not bad and well-priced as was the beer – but something was lacking – a distinct lack of menus for the a la carte – appeared to be restricted to one per table if you could find one - service often slow and laboured despite the number of staff – plus the fact that most people were serving themselves at the buffet - tables not cleared – breakfast orders similarly slow – staff generally not engaging It was the same with our room – we returned at 3 in the afternoon only to find it not made up and it was after 4 when it was cleaned. This is a convenient hotel that I don’t think reflects the Hyatt brand – it is not India – either in design or service – I think it is a business hotel because of the nearby steelworks – so really not for the tourist like me – shame – thank you.
