We went with 2 other couples. This is a great family run B&B. Excellent value for money. Luca even picked us up from the train station. Rooms are modern & tastefully furnished. We loved taking breakfast on the roof terrace with beautiful views of the lake. Fresh pastries from the local bakery, momma's home made cakes & Luca"s omelettes were delicious. Very close to a small beach with deck chairs supplied for our use plus bicycles. Short walk into the town & ferry terminal. Luca & his family couldn't do enough for us.

Beautiful structure, a few minutes from Bellano, recently renovated and tastefully furnished. The room, very comfortable, perfectly soundproofed, despite the proximity of the road and equipped with a comfortable terrace for breakfast and relaxation and lake view. Large and well heated bathroom. Well functioning air conditioning. Cleaning of the room and bathroom, accurate and daily. Excellent breakfast consumed on the small terrace and alternatively on the panoramic terrace overlooking the lake. Guaranteed parking space for each room in the courtyard of the structure. Small beach on the lake, just across the road. Great availability of Luca, the owner, ready to fulfill requests and provide information.
