We stayed here over the New Year period. The experience was fantastic, the staff was attentive and kind, any request was greeted with a smile and fulfilled. The clean rooms with breathtaking mountain views. Always done again when returning to the hotel. Perfect heating, the temperature can be adjusted independently using the radiator knobs. The very good chef, varied and delicious dinner and breakfast, with typical Trentino products. We have just returned and can't wait to leave again, certainly taking advantage of the top organization and location next year, to do some skiing.

perfect location 1 minute walk from the ski bus, friendly, kind and helpful staff, fair prices. Small but not crowded spa area. excellent and well served food, buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. the only flaw is the small room (but with a terrace) and a little old.

Grumpy reception, no information regarding excursions in the area, not even a map available. Room paid for as a double but tiny with a French bed leaning against the wall and accessible only from one side. In the bathroom not even a hook to hang towels. Non-adjustable heating. There is no telephone in the room to contact the reception. Safe closed and unusable. Spa with cold water in the pool. Positive aspects: good breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is welcoming and well-kept, the staff was kind and helpful. The room was spacious and warm with a nice bathroom and a nice table. We had half board and ate well, I am a vegetarian and every evening I had various proposals, even for New Year's Eve there was a veg menu. The swimming pool is very nice. I really appreciated the separate waste collection on each floor and that for New Year's Eve they provided entertainment and stars for the children. The location is excellent, a few meters from the ski bus stop and a small coop, and a few minutes from a beautiful playground. We will definitely be back!

After 3 winter stays we appreciate the improvement in the service, the cuisine and the structure even if it is dated. The staff is directed with professionalism by the director Eleonora who is always present, smiling and available. All the staff is prepared and friendly, from the dining room to the wellness center. Top cuisine with excellent dishes beautifully presented. A special thank you to Stefano, Domenico and Eleonora for helping us spend a fabulous New Year's Eve week. PS: they also managed to make it snow at midnight on New Year's Eve

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Everything normal but definitely not a 4 star as defined. Excellent breakfast with very friendly staff. It's a shame that the structure declared pet friendly did not allow me to bring my dog into the common rooms and therefore I will no longer be able to return there in the future. The surrounding landscape is nothing short of wonderful.
