Park Hotel Sancelso

We stayed in late February-early March, a few days in this hotel near the ski slopes of Alpe Lusia. In three families with teenage daughters, we spent three wonderful days with half board included. Recently built hotel with SPA. Simple but spotless, quiet and pleasant rooms, beautiful mountain views. The hotel is equipped with a games room and billiards, also appreciated by girls. Good quality food and impeccable service. Very good value for money.

The hotel is surrounded by nature, the double room is simple and well furnished, a very comfortable shower and an enchanting sunrise over the Pale di San Martino. We also made use of the spa, small and modern with a very pleasant sauna, turkish bath and emotional shower. the possibility of an early check-in online is excellent. On the advice of the very kind receptionist we took a regenerating walk in the woods, up to a suspension bridge that we would not have expected so beautiful. We thank you for the experience, kindness and professionalism.

We spent 3 days here after purchasing the holiday on a partner site! Very nice location, convenient for reaching the ski resorts and for taking walks in the surrounding area! The landscape and the hospitality of Trentino deserve; we were pleasantly surprised by the proposals that the valley offers to its tourists and by the relative prices, for the lifts for example, children under 8 do not pay !!! But I can't say the same about the structure! The room was quite spacious and comfortably furnished, but the bathroom was very old, and not very well looked after! The toilet was constantly leaking water and next to the shower there was a conspicuous spot of mold! Even the cleaning was a bit too superficial, dust on the nightstands and under the bed ... We noticed that the cleaning staff entered the rooms for the morning cleaning without a mask, which is unacceptable in this period! Dinner is also to be improved, both in terms of quality and service! A waitress proved not very competent in the relationship with the customer: following a reminder (the children had not been served while the adults were almost finished!) She created a debate instead of proposing a timely solution! Common spaces a little too narrow. Below average quality / price

Located on the main street of Bellamonte, 5 km from the ski lifts of the Alpe Lusia area which connects to Moena. Skybus which can be taken at 100 meters, near the ski rental. Outside the building there is a garage that serves as a skyroom with boot warmers. We had a great time, very friendly and kind staff. The choice fell for the proximity to the plants but above all for the possibility of having the dog with us. We weren't the only ones to have a dog and because of the spaces that exist, if dogs are well behaved, they don't bother those who don't have one. 3/4 formula, with snack after skiing. Hearty breakfast with various cakes but also cold cuts and cheese. Dinner with 3 choices between appetizer / first course / second course, all always good and well-spaced tables. The structure seems to me to have been recently renovated. The room, for three, has a double bed plus a single bunk bed, simple furnishings, with TV and wardrobe, and quite spacious, also considering our dog's kennel. The bathroom is perhaps the least modern part but it is spacious and has a shower. There is also a spa with a Turkish bath and sauna, which must be reserved for access. Free private parking in the courtyard. Overall excellent value for money, we will happily return.

Hotel in a very comfortable and panoramic position, inside perhaps especially some areas and rooms would need a "refresh"; unfortunately one of the worst rooms happened to us (to be honest, they also offered us the possibility to change it and we declined the invitation not to return all the luggage already placed) and this was perhaps the only drawback, because otherwise, in its simplicity, the hotel fully satisfied our needs and the kindness of all the staff, from the waiters to the cleaning girl on the third floor up to the reception, gave a distinct added value. our children (aged 1 and 5) and our Labrador Zoe were welcomed and treated in an exemplary way.

Viaggio con amici. Personale stupendo. Disponibile e comprensibile Ci siamo trovati bene . Avevamo mezza pensione. Il cibo nella norma è abbondante. Compreso le bevande. Colazione per tutti gusti. Le camere forse da dare un tocco in più. Ma nulla da sminuire in confronto con il resto Sicuramente consigliabile .

Quattro giorni di puro relax, ci siamo trovati davvero bene! gentilezza , disponibilità e simpatia assicurati . Ringrazio per la pazienza che avete avuto con La mia Carlotta , dai gusti un po' difficili, che si è fatta le miglior abbuffate di pasta al ragù. Pulizia e cibo top.
