The location is excellent, the first row by the lake, the surrounding restaurants are full of wine, the fly in the ointment is that there is no refrigerator in the room. Located in the best lake view location in the town, a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. The rooms are small, the facilities are simple, and the cleanliness is good. The breakfast is minimal, even the eggs are ordered a la carte, which belongs to the three-star level. Service attitude is very good, free parking is available.

my wife and I visited the hotel during winter. It was not crowded and we were the only ones who had dinner at the hotel restaurant that night. The food is good. what i want to stress the most is that the view from my lakeview room is stunning. i believe it has the best view out of all the hotels in Bellagio given its location and altitude. With the room, view and service we got, it is safe to say it has the greatest value for money out all my 9-day stay in Italy.

Nice boutique hotel. Strategic location, 5 mins to Pescallo fishing village and 10 mins to the center of Bellagio. Hotel is very cozy and clean. Beautiful view from the room balcony. Highly recommended. Love the scenic lakeside view.

Family hotel, looks very historic courtyard and pavilion, Wifi speed to force. The owner is an old gentleman. He is very enthusiastic and kind. Even though he has a sore knee, he personally takes us upstairs into the room to introduce every detail. The location is good and it takes only 2 minutes to walk to the pier. The hotel is conveniently located around the hotel and there are several delicious restaurants around.
