Stayed 3 days in May with my wife. The best service I've ever experienced in a hotel - will come back to this. The spaces inside and outside make it a perfect retreat when the streets of Bellagio are too busy with visitors during peak hours in afternoon. It is obvious that the organization pays attention to detail and the bar, saloons, breakfast room and hallways ++ is worth a visit on its own. Room towards park was not big, but still beautiful and perfect for us. The quality of the food and especially the drinks (served with exquisite small antipasti dishes in the afternoon) were 10 of 10. The best I've had. Then the service: this is the foremost reason we have already decided to come back. Everyone from front-desk, consierge, bar/restaurant, breakfast and cleaning personnel were fantastic. Simply fantastic and again the best I've ever experienced. You will be met with genuine and heart-felt desire to make your day perfect. Yet not too formal. Just a great stay! Arrivideci!

Located in the best lake view location in the town, a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. The rooms are small, the facilities are simple, and the cleanliness is good. The breakfast is minimal, even the eggs are ordered a la carte, which belongs to the three-star level. Service attitude is very good, free parking is available.

From the minute we arrived a perfect stay begun. The ladies who run the hotel are the best hosts, warm, friendly, no ask is too much. Along with their team you could not want for anything more. You get the best warm welcome, the rooms are perfect and ours had a little garden terrace. Everything was impeccably clean and well kept. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked amazing. The pool area is beautiful and perfect after a long day walking in town. You can purchase drinks around the pool which is great. Location - perfect! A nice stroll into the town of Bellagio. You have supermarkets near by that are walkable along with many places to eat all the food and ice cream you could want. The boat terminal is also close for cross lake trips. We cannot recommend this hotel more, I don’t think you would get better value for money anywhere in Bellagio. You certainly wouldn’t get better hosts and team. 5 star.

The location is excellent, the first row by the lake, the surrounding restaurants are full of wine, the fly in the ointment is that there is no refrigerator in the room. It is suitable for self-driving, but the blue paid parking space is not easy to find during the peak hours of the holiday. Not to mention the white free one.
