The location was excellent, very close to some of the best restaurants in the city. The front desk worker was very polite and efficient, and explained everything I needed to know about the property. They gave us an electronic key card for entering the building, so everything was easy in terms of access and check out. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was clean as well! Overall an excellent value for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Belgrade!

Super recommended, it is not far from the city center, but 20 meters away from the car, the hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the facilities are complete, and the front desk is also very enthusiastic. The triple room I live in is super The air conditioner works well, but it is an electric water heater. It may not be hot after washing too much. There are also small refrigerators. She ordered the mom in addition to the transfer number. asked if the hotel name would be on the board along with her name because she was worried after a dangerous story with taxi drivers in another country. The hotel answer would be. Actually the board only with name.
We asked for a quiet room in advance and to turn off the air conditioner so that the room is warm. The hotel's answer is yes, of course. Actually - a ice-free room, the room has 20 degrees air conditioning and noise all night.
Hotel is beautiful, breakfast is medium. Location is perfect.

Nikola Tesla Havalimanı'ndan otele gitmek ve hotelden havalimanına dönüşte hotel kanalıyla taksi çağırma talebimiz oldu. Hotel havalimanı arası tek yön 30Euro talep ediliyor. Taksi ile gidilecek mesafe trafik yoksa 10-12 dakika. Dönüşte taksiciyi öderken 50Euro verdik ancak taksici euro para üstü olarak sadece 10 Euro olduğunu geri kalan 10 Euro'yu ise Sırp Dinarı olarak verebileceğini söyledi. Ancak Sırp Dinarı olarak verdiği para üstü miktarı sadece 5 Euro karşılığına denk gelen 600 Dinar oldu. Havalimanına girme telaşı içerisinde ilk kez para üstünü kontrol etmedim ve farkettiğimde çok geçti. Dolayısıyla para üstü aldığınızda çok dikkatli olunuz. I picked The Location Hotel for its excellent location. Many restaurants, bars, and sights are within walking distance. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful and were able to answer all my questions before and during my stay. My room was nicely designed with a well-stocked minibar. WIFI internet was stable and fast. The only flaw was the shower in my room. There was no way to use the shower without flooding the entire bathroom. However, the cleaning staff made up for it, and left my bathroom spotless each day. I can highly recommend this hotel which overall offers amazing value for money.

This is a real convenient place-centrally located and within walking distance to the central Republic Square etc. We were a family of 4 and we stayed for 8 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Front office staff were super helpful-special call out to Dragana, she was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this place.

The hotel is located near the airport. You can also take a taxi to the city center in 20 minutes. The room is big enough, the bed is comfortable. There is a kettle. A good option for your money. Downstairs there is a vending machine with drinks and snacks. There are some Chinese cafes nearby, but I still went into the city to cafes and shops.

GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at Hilton Belgrade and our experience was amazing! The hotel itself was great. The service is superb. We arrived very early at 6:00 AM and we didn’t expect our room to be ready until they normal check in time, which was afternoon . But we asked if by any chance they could check us in at the earlier time. The hotel was totally booked and we knew we had to wait. The only think they sad , that if room becomes available we will be on the priority line. In almost 1 hour they gave us the key to our room. The staff in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay more pleasant than it already was. Hilton Belgrade is located in the center of the city and it’s a walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade to stay in the Hilton Belgrade. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the stay.

GGuest UserWhy did I give low rate for ”service” ? Because I would like to emphasize that I find it incredibly strange that most of the employees lack many qualifications such as helping, smiling, being respectful, etc.
The location, cleanliness, architecture, facilities (wellness centre), breakfast and comfort of the hotel are truly wonderful.
Why did I give a low note to ”service”? Because I would like to say that I am particularly indignant that many employees are helping, laughing, respectful, etc. are not in many of the scopes.

It is a small city hotel with all you need, spacious rooms,very clean, good food and first of all nice employees whos are there always to help you in every problem which in my opinion is the most important thing in a hotel when you are a tourist! GGuest UserThe staff at the front desk are very helpful giving wonderful recommendations for restaurants and ever so accommodating of all our requests - printing and scanning documents, questions about where to go due to our special dietary needs etc. We appreciate them very much. There was one evening when one of the staff at the front desk failed us when he showed very little care for our well-being when we reported to him that the elevator was broken. He did not give us a good attitude and solution. We complained again and another staff came out to show us a side elevator to use - something he could have very easily and politely pointed us to. We complained about it and was promptly apologised to and even presented with a bottle to wine as an apology. The cleaning of the room was not up to standard and we thought they could do better in that department. Nonetheless, after we pointed it out to them, they immediately rectified and gave the room a good clean. I appreciate their spirit of improvement. Overall, we liked the room and hotel very much. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was large. Toiletries were very nice. As friendly and accommodating as they are, we will definitely give them another chance and return for another stay.

GGuest UserI am so embarrassed that out of all the places I travelled to, this one happened to be in my own country. We were getting married on the week of our stay, namely Saturday and have made a booking in 2 parts - Wed, Thu small room they have, Sat-Mon, big luxurious one with the glass roof for our wedding. As far as the little room goes: It was horrible. I read some people complained but I didn't believe so we went ahead. The room is in a separate building two doors down. The building itself is in ruins and is having some construction done around. They have 4 rooms in the same corridor behind a locked door, one next to the other. So first thing, as of early morning and long into the night there is CONSTANT banging of doors as people go in and out. Further, room is musty as hell! Tiny window overlooks this shabby backyard and makes it dark and gloomy. Then comes the main part, it was filthy! I fell so bad not having taken the photos! Bin in the bathroom had the new bag in it, but underneath the bag was rubbish from the previous day. My partner put a towel over the glass barrier of the shower to dry and when he took it back, it was BLACK. In the toilet there was only an empty shell of the bowl cleaner and then the sink was all smudged EVERYWHERE. But we stuck with it as we knew on Saturday we would be checking into the nice one and it was convenient to just move stuff 2 doors than go somewhere else. Then the real horror started. We scraped some money to book a nice place to get ready for our wedding and spent our first wedding night. We chose this place as it looked so nice in the photos. It was NOT cheap, people don’t pay rent for a month in Belgrade in the amount they charged for 3 nights. Taken by the experience of the horrible room we stayed in, I told the receptionist we wanted to see the big room before we go in as we don’t want the same. They said ok and took us. On the way to the room the receptionist tells us “it is a little warm”. That weekend was extremely hot. We go up and the apartment is BOILING. The only AC they have is set on 17 degrees (none in the bedrooms) and it is still super hot. Mind you the place has a glass roof so it is like an aquarium. Then, it was NOT like in the pictures, there are chips and damages everywhere, and is not at all looking fabulous like in those pictures they put but more worn out. We asked for 5 minutes to think about and the guy let us and left. We sat there for 5 minutes SWEATING and looking around and thinking there is no way that I will be getting ready for my wedding, taking beautiful pictures and spending my first night as a married couple there. Plus the glass was opened into the yard and neighbors from the other floor could see straight in. We came down and said we will not stay. They said, ok, call Booking.com and let them know. They were more or less ok about it and we left, the day before our wedding, running around Belgrade looking for a place to stay. I called Booking and they said they would ask

GGuest UserHotel Srbija. I made the booking through booking.com from 23/6 check in 01/07 check out. Today 27/6 I had to check out from the hotel. The last five days of my staying no one came to clean my room. The towels started to smell and the sheets were dirty. No one cleaned the floor or threw the rubbish. I understand that the remain three days paid upfront from me under the policy of the booking.com are not refundable, but the service is unacceptable. If I stayed probably I would be sick and I am not overdoing it. Conditions are terrible. It is not the remaining money did not returned, I have no expectations and I do not want them back, but there was no sorry from their side. The front manager phone the cleaning lady and she had reply to me that she cleaned the room every day. So thank you Hotel Srbija.

I was pleasantly surprised and I actually like the hotel very much. People working there can be a bit annoying and maybe overly-friendly for my likings, but overall nice experience. GGuest UserWe chose this hotel because of its historic significance and because of the free parking. We have regrets, though. For the same price we definitely could have stayed somewhere much nicer. This hotel basically seems like no one cares. The first thing I noticed when walking into the room was the weird smell of electric/burning, like when your hair dryer or curling iron starts to overheat. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and dirty and had something fuzzy sticking out of one corner. There was what I think was cat hair all over the blankets. The room definitely hadn't been vaccumed recently, and I found a previous guest's contact lense on the floor. There were blood stains on the bath mat and one of the towels, as well as smeared/dried blood on the walls from where people had smashed insects. On the balcony a previous guest had left a cup full of some disgusting liquid plus cigarettes and no one bothered to clean that up. The room was incredibly hot despite it being the end of October and there is no air conditioning - I don't think it would be possible to stay there in the summer without suffering from heat stroke. There was also just a general lack of maintenance, such as some loose doorknobs that felt like there were about to fall off. A previous guest had also left a coat in the closet - at some point during the day while we were out, someone entered our room and took the coat. It made me feel very unsafe that we were not asked or even informed about someone needing to enter our room. Please don't stay at this hotel. You'll probably get some kind of disease from it.
