The hotel lobby is nice and the location is in the city center. However, the room size is obviously different from the information provided by Ctrip. Ctrip said it was 36 square meters, but in fact the room was at most 26 square meters. I was very disappointed after seeing the room, and I communicated with the front desk. The front desk insisted that the room was 36 square meters. Well, I was fooled once, so everyone should choose carefully.

Excellent service from the front desk, clerk all the way to the staff at the cafeteria restaurant. It’s an older building that has been remodeled and very stylish facilities. The room is absolutely beautiful. I had the breakfast buffet, and it was very good. Lots of options to choose from.

It was a very pleasant stay at Jump Inn The staff is so cordial and welcoming From reception to dining to cleaning all are very courteous The quality of room,bedding,toilet everything was perfect Cleanliness needs a special mention especially the toilet was spotless and impeccably clean Jump inn is definitely my choice of stay whenever im in belgrade Only issue was car parking which is payable as i was having a car. İn general it's very good hotel for those who want to explore Belgrade ! Its exactly at the Square of republic ! The hotel located in a building on the 5th floor , Rooms are clean and they cleaned everyday , the receptionists were really nice and helpful , they don't have water and coffee in room but it's not important, drink coffee outside in belgrade they take coffee seriously . I highly recommend for couples or solo visitors !

In terms of location, it is within walking distance to everywhere. The cleanliness was very good. The breakfast was varied and sufficient. In general, it is a hotel that I am quite satisfied with. When I go again with renovated rooms, this would be my choice again, as there are generally old hotels in Belgrade. At least if there are labels on the hot products at breakfast (pork to understand the products containing it) can be prevented from going to waste

The hotel is conveniently located near Grand Avenue and Place de la République. However, the price-performance ratio of the room is not high, and the service staff's English is very poor. They charge all kinds of things because you are a foreigner. First of all, there are no slippers in the room. You go to the front desk and ask for them before they give them to you. The room only provides one bottle of water a day. The whole room is very small and compact, 2 stars worse than the nearby Hilton. The room price here is really not worth the money compared to its service and hardware. Secondly, we must remember that when we booked with Ctrip, the city construction tax was included, but when we left the hotel, the hotel charged the city construction tax for both of us. Moreover, Ctrip shows that the price for breakfast is more than 100 yuan, but the hotel here charges more than 20 euros for breakfast per person, which is different from Ctrip. But fortunately, Ctrip's customer service manager helped me solve the problem in time. Ctrip is still reliable when I go out in the future. The front desk of this hotel really feels like bullying foreigners.

Excellent location, in the center of the old city. 10 minutes from the main street, 25 minutes from the fortress, and relatively close to the church. I specifically chose a larger premium room. The 2 premium rooms were on the 1st and 7th floors. The room types are different. I looked at them and felt that the premium rooms all faced the street. On the second day, a gentleman at the front desk spoke very good English and gave a detailed introduction to the various attractions. He also agreed to a late check-out. Parking must be parked in the underground parking lot of the park opposite, where there is a machine for payment. Although there are many parking spaces on the ground, there is no payment machine. You need to go to the post office to buy a parking ticket, which is very troublesome. The breakfast is average and also belongs to the standard of Accor.

A big bed came out. The tip was ready. The waiter was happy. I was also happy. Breakfast was included. The hotel is next to the museum. It is really convenient to eat, go shopping, and visit the old rich street in Beicheng. There are many hotels around, and there are also Airbnb apartments! Everyone can compare! Serbia is suitable for white passports, visa-free, but the price is not cheap, I have flown almost 50 countries, so I am not very care about the country, don't invest in chaos, just be a tourist, I am flying in the UK for three hours, domestic can join the group to come over the most suitable, the Serbian is difficult to understand!
