We recently stayed at Hilton Belgrade and our experience was amazing! The hotel itself was great. The service is superb. We arrived very early at 6:00 AM and we didn’t expect our room to be ready until they normal check in time, which was afternoon . But we asked if by any chance they could check us in at the earlier time. The hotel was totally booked and we knew we had to wait. The only think they sad , that if room becomes available we will be on the priority line. In almost 1 hour they gave us the key to our room. The staff in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay more pleasant than it already was. Hilton Belgrade is located in the center of the city and it’s a walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade to stay in the Hilton Belgrade. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the stay.
Fantastic location in city centre, walking distance to most tourist spots, great vibe all around, trendy, check in at bar with welcome drink, good value for money, friendly and helpful crew! Work, play, eat areas in the lobby, gym at lower level! Perfect for short stay!
The warm and friendly attitude of dear receptionist Peca, who hosted me in a very sincere manner, explaining in detail the places to visit and the restaurants to eat at, really impressed me, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is excellent, and I think this is the most important aspect when you're in Belgrade. The time spent in the room is very limited, but of course, the amenities provided by the room are quite good. There is a double-glazing system, so the city noise doesn't come inside. The ceiling is very high, and the room design is very modern. The bathtub in the room enhances the overall appearance, and there is also an additional bathroom. I was very satisfied, and I know where I’ll be staying when I come to Belgrade again. What kind of view awaits you when you step out of the hotel? I've attached a photo (02.09.2024)

Nice 'vintage' style hotel in a central part of town opposite a calm park. The center is at walking distance and the hotel isn't exactly on the heart of the city.Very clean although a bit outdated and great staff with notable ”Tamara'' from the breakfast team. Only annoying thing is that last morning we were in ahurry to leave and the housekeeping was keeping the elevator so long we had to go down the stairs with our luggages.
Stayed for the second time, first of all, the service attitude was very good, very active to help, named the two handsome guys: Boris and Ivan, especially enthusiastic and very good.
Hygienic: clean and refreshing.
Facilities: There is a wireless network, but I have stayed in several, and sometimes I will disconnect the network and connect again. There is central air conditioning and a kettle.
Location: Most of the attractions in the city are within 20 minutes walk; 18 minutes walk from the bus station and 30 minutes walk from the train station.
We booked a room without breakfast, next to a restaurant, coffee house street. Going to the Moscow hotel for a cup of coffee is also good.
The location of hotel is very good, walking distance (within 20 mins to most of the tourist attractions in town), even to bus station; 30 mins walk to train station.
I have to give compliments to Boris and Ivan, their service were excellent, very willing to help. They are the reason for us to be back for the second time.
Also the gent helped us to move luggage to taxi at the day checked out was very nice too.
Staff are great!
Great location - in the center of the old part of Belgrade. Tasty breakfast served in the beautiful underground floor. Comfortable bed (though, uncomfortable pillow, too small). Overall, great value for money. Disliked · Pillows seems too small and soft for me... And, tiny table was not very convenient for work,, but that was not a big problem for my 30-min only working time.
We stayed at Crystal for 3 nights. It was a choice of our travel agency. The hotel is a few meters from St. Savvas temple. The main city is 5’-10’ walk by feet. Stuff was very friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. The room was astonishing! Large double bed with comfort layer. Everyday cleaning and towel changing. Breakfast over the average. Plenty of choices, with variety of universal and traditional products. Also the place where the breakfast served was very cozy with tables and sofas. I suggest Crystal 100% Next time we try their cuisine by booking a table in their restaurant at the top floor.
The hotel has convenient transportation. The airport bus A1 terminal is within a 15-minute walk from the hotel. There are many bus stops around, but the frequency of bus arrivals does not seem to be frequent. People are not impatient and have a good attitude.
The lobby is comfortable, and the staff are young, beautiful, enthusiastic and proactive, answering all questions and very friendly. The elevator is fast. The breakfast is at the back of the lobby. It is rich, with hot and cold food, cutlery, forks and towels available, which is comfortable.
The room is not big, quiet, and suitable for living alone. The bedding is clean and comfortable. Free bottled water is still in glass bottles. If you need an electric kettle, the service staff will send it over immediately. The TV has CCTV 4 Chinese International Europe. The bathroom is clean and toilet paper is placed easily.
The carpet next to the bed was a bit stumbling, and when the lights were turned off at night, it was impossible to leave a small lamp on and it was completely dark. In short, the service and breakfast are five stars. My room is opposite the elevator. The room is small and dark overall. Not very cost effective.
The hotel is close to every point in the city center. Not very big but comfy. In my room, the bathroom had some supplies out of service (e.g. a bathtub hanger), but it is OK. The breakfast was nice and offered some choice.

Outstanding
GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and beautifully worked with a smile. You can go to Mihailova street by bus 31 very far or by taxi to 600 dinars.A little short of the center. There is a living room and bedroom in the rooms.Balcony.Breakfast The food usually goes out the same things already happen in the city hotels. There are crusher, eggs and eggs with olive cheese fruit, etc. If we were here at the hour, the coffee was finished. The filter coffee machine is very slowly waiting for it. The fruits have not been added for two days, but. room cleaning is done daily. I recommend to those who stay.
AAliceS2482Only positive vibes and words for this amazing hostel : the staff is nice, kind and really welcoming. The hostel is big and there is everything you need. The whole structure is fabulous and always clean. There is a lovely terrace where you can spend time, eat, smoke, read... The kitchen works perfectly and the atmosphere is really friendly! We met people from many different countries! They organise cool excursions in the city also! Thank you guys, we won't forget you!!!
GGuest UserThe room arranged for us by the hotel is facing the internal community, so it is very quiet. The location is good. It is very convenient to travel. The only thing that is a bit speechless is to take a bath. His water heater is an electric water storage type. It takes a long time to wait for the second person to have hot water to wash. I queue up for a bath every day. A lot of time is wasted. The water can't be turned on too much when washing, otherwise the water will become cold without washing it.
Very pleasant and comfortable hotel: wonderful staff, spacious room, comfortable layout (big living room and separate bedroom), there is all necessary in the kitchen, large and comfortable bed, everywhere clean, bathroom is large and comfortable. Breakfast costs €7 with a person and a fairly interesting choice, on the menu, with delivery to the room to time. The location is far from the center, walking to get about minutes 25-30, it is long enough ... In the bathroom instead of central hot water is a heating tank, like a large volume, but when the wife went to the shower, washed the head twice, then I didn't have enough water, during the shower went cold water))
