酒店交通較便利，機場大巴A 1終點站距酒店步行15分鐘以內到達。周圍公交站多，但車次到站頻率好像不是多，人們不急躁，心態好。
大堂舒適，工作人員年輕貌美、熱情主動，有問必答，十分友好。電梯快。早餐在大堂後部，比較豐富，冷熱食都有，刀叉歺巾齊備，舒適。
房間不算大，安靜，一個人住合適。卧具乾淨舒適。免費瓶裝水還是玻璃瓶裝。需要電水壺服務人員馬上送過來。電視有CCTV 4中文國際歐洲。衞生間乾淨，衞生紙放置順手。
床邊地毯有點絆腳，晚上關燈後，不能留一盞小燈，一片黑暗。總之，服務、早餐五星，我的房間在電梯對面，房間整體小、暗。性價比不是很高。

服務滿分，早餐不錯，但環境最多四分。首先在塞爾維亞對這個價位的賓館期望還是略高的，但房間小，又略顯陳舊，空調有氣無力還沒法調，浴巾毛巾衹給一塊。對這個酒店和這個國家略微失望。

衞生：特別乾淨，比起歐洲其他同等價位的酒店簡直無敵了。大廳的氛圍感太喜歡。
服務：服務貼心人性化。整個酒店的工作人員都特別友善，住了一個多星期，去的第一天因為房間一點小問題就立馬給我們換了個房間。還給我們送甜品飲料，連續幾天都送。週五晚上還有駐唱歌手錶演。贊👍
設施：離市中心很近，步行就可以到達。
