The hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet.

The hotel is excellent, clean, freshly renovated. But! A couple of things slightly marred the stay. The hotel does not provide an iron, citing safety. At the same time, they offer ironing services for a lot of money. There is no shoehorn. The waiters at breakfast are friendly, but they categorically do not remove the dishes from the table until you leave.

We booked an executive twin room, but were given a classic room when we checked in. When my friend found out, he went to the hotel front desk and told us that the room was no longer available that day and could only be adjusted for tomorrow. After half a day of communication, they agreed to provide two breakfasts. The front desk staff showed no apology throughout the whole process.

The hotel has convenient transportation. The airport bus A1 terminal is within a 15-minute walk from the hotel. There are many bus stops around, but the frequency of bus arrivals does not seem to be frequent. People are not impatient and have a good attitude. The lobby is comfortable, and the staff are young, beautiful, enthusiastic and proactive, answering all questions and very friendly. The elevator is fast. The breakfast is at the back of the lobby. It is rich, with hot and cold food, cutlery, forks and towels available, which is comfortable. The room is not big, quiet, and suitable for living alone. The bedding is clean and comfortable. Free bottled water is still in glass bottles. If you need an electric kettle, the service staff will send it over immediately. The TV has CCTV 4 Chinese International Europe. The bathroom is clean and toilet paper is placed easily. The carpet next to the bed was a bit stumbling, and when the lights were turned off at night, it was impossible to leave a small lamp on and it was completely dark. In short, the service and breakfast are five stars. My room is opposite the elevator. The room is small and dark overall. Not very cost effective.

The service is perfect, the breakfast is good, but the environment is up to four. First of all, in Serbia, the expectations for a hotel at this price are still slightly high, but the room is small and a bit outdated, the air conditioner is weak and cannot be adjusted, and only one bath towel is given. Slightly disappointed with the hotel and the country.
