Stayed for a week and spent more than 2000 euros. When I checked out, they didn't even help me put my luggage in the taxi. They didn't even look at me. This hotel has nothing to do with the gold paint everywhere. The staff don't seem to have been trained. The service awareness is very poor. The room is also average. It's just some superficial decorations. It's very average.

I don't understand why Ctrip rated this hotel in the luxury list! I was completely cheated by Ctrip. I trusted Ctrip and booked this hotel for three days two days in advance. As a result, the hotel was just like a self-employed business. There was no star rating at all. When I checked in, there was only one person in the lobby. The decoration style was the same as that of domestic bathhouses 20 years ago. The luggage delivery person was in casual clothes. There was a musty smell in the corridor. It was dark and the whole hotel was dead. It seemed that no one was staying. I checked out two hours after checking in. The hotel told me that the three-day room fee would not be refunded. I was completely cheated of 10,000 yuan by Ctrip!
