I don’t know where to start, at first there is a reconstruction of the half of the building so it is not quite at the day, second of it is quit from the reconstruction you here everything from the neighbors like a baby or couple at training at night. The WiFi works very bad , no upload speed, forget about business talks. The cleanliness is under all crab, after I get in the room the was wet carpet parts all at the room, the conditioner at the window I attached as a picture, the shower is very dirty, the furniture to (armchair as picture). At all I will never book it again, and as a big critic to trip.com there is nowhere standing that this accommodation calls itself B&B , if I new it I have never booked, and as out that it is under reconstruction the was never an information.
PS there is an fee to get early to the room (at 12:30 and not at 14:00) about 20€. No relationship to price of the room. No breakfast option.

İn general it's very good hotel for those who want to explore Belgrade ! Its exactly at the Square of republic !
The hotel located in a building on the 5th floor , Rooms are clean and they cleaned everyday , the receptionists were really nice and helpful , they don't have water and coffee in room but it's not important, drink coffee outside in belgrade they take coffee seriously . I highly recommend for couples or solo visitors !

excellent location near the pedestrian street and Belgrade park and fortress, , no street noise to the back. the building is curr underyies heavy construction works, with only 1 floor being operational as a hotel, and other just a facade with hollow windows.
I as a diamond member got the best deal waking up to the drilling noise from all four sides at 8am that continued until 1700.
but its going to be a great hotel and the building has a historical character.

What can I say? everything was amazing about this hotel and room. Perfect location and perfectly clean. Room had plenty of storage area to unpack and everything was modern.

Good location. The elevator to go upstairs is terrible. Barely two people can fit and it’s really slow and smelly. It’s hard to find the hotel if you are going there for the first time. There is only one small sign that can’t be seen well at night.
