We liked the location and the fact that all our requests were responded to immediately. Iron, extra blanket, lunch boxes for early departure (good ones - a huge sandwich, protein yogurt, tangerine, water). Nearby there are exchange offices, different shawarmas, a pharmacy, a bus stop. Didn't like: no kettle in the room and no complimentary water. When we asked for water in the restaurant, they poured us from the tap. 😁 They don't speak Russian at the reception

It was actually a suite with two bedrooms and a living room. The room was not small and the location was convenient. There were many restaurants nearby and the restaurant in the hotel itself was also very good.

Ctrip said that it would take 20 minutes to communicate with the hotel. After 20 minutes, it said that we would have to wait for 10 hours. We went to the front desk and said that the difference was too big for the three of us to stay, so the front desk offered to give us two standard rooms temporarily. We can check into the suite we booked the next day. But this is very obviously a sign of neglect and discrimination against Chinese customers. There is such a big difference between the two rooms. Why not coordinate the issue of accommodation for three people as soon as possible? Instead, we waited until we entered the room and saw that the difference was too big to tell them. , reluctantly offered us two standard rooms, but our family of three had to sleep separately, and everyone was very unhappy. Ctrip said at that time that the agent was off work, and there was no way to coordinate. We had no choice but to accept it, but The standard room was so small that I couldn't even open my suitcase, and the water in the shower was blocked, so I couldn't take a shower at all. I just soaked my feet in the water and wet my body and came out immediately. Not recommended to stay!
