The sanitation, space and layout are all very good. The only downside is that it is on the basement floor. Overall it's OK

Хотелось бы начать с того, что это не отель, а апартаменты. Из плюсов - местоположение.
Все остальное - минусы:
1. Ресепшн работает только с 10:00 до 17:00. И если вы решили приехать раньше/позже то списывайтесь с администрацией заранее. Иначе даже не попадете внутрь, т.к. подъезд закрыт на кодовый замок.
2. Завтраки. Их нет. Хотя они указаны. Есть ланч с 10:00 до 12:00. И если вы приехали по работе, то завтрак вы не попробуете ни разу.
3. Уборка в номерах. Ее тоже нет. Совсем нет. Хотя и здесь и на других сайтах указана ежедневная уборка. Соответственно мусор копится, влажность, черная плесень в душевой.
4. Удобства. Есть тарахтящий холодильник и кондиционер за стеной. Чтобы нагреть, охладить зону с кроватью, надо поработать ручным вентилятором, т.к. закуток в 17 номере обогреет, а 3/4 остального номера замерзает. Приходилось спать в одежде под одеялом. После первой же ночи простыл. Никакого чайника, хотя он также указан в описании.
5. Внешний вид. Все убитое и переломанное. Дверь в уборную не закрывается, в душ тоже надо очень постараться чтобы закрыть.
Вывод: в этих апартах можно жить максимум сутки. И то, если вам очень хочется экстрима. Цена не соответствует качеству. Описание не соответствует действительности, а номера могут попасться на цокольном этаже.
P.S. 17 номер нереально прогреть, если на улице холодно, то и в номере вы будете мерзнуть. Спасибо окну длиной метров 5, на 2 стены.

No one on reception when we arrived at 6pm.. if it wasn’t for someone who lived in the building that let us in we wouldn’t have got in. When arriving in the room 2 radiators were not attached to the wall. The cushions and bed throws were dirty, there was damp on the ceiling in the shower, the door handle of the bathroom was falling off so you couldn’t lock the door. There was meant to be breakfast included in the price and there was NOTHING.. we seen no member of staff the whole time we was there and when you did try and contact them you could never get through or they would get back to you days later! Would never return!

Very nice, clean and tidy hotel in the city center. Polite staff and delicious breakfasts in a cafe around the corner. All attractions are within walking distance. I recommend! For your money, this is one of the best inexpensive accommodation options in the center.
