Complete discrepancy between the room and hotel description in the application. Available room 22 m3, air conditioning, kettle in the room, daily cleaning BUT THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK (at +30) I had to sleep with the windows open, listen to noise from the street all night and endure mosquitoes. THERE WAS NO CLEANING, there was nowhere to dry dirty damp towels. THE ROOM DOESN'T CORRESPOND TO THE PHOTO It was only 22 m3, there was a tiny room of 11-12 m3, occupied by a bed. NO KETTLE IN THE ROOM THE FURNITURE WAS BROKEN, the bed was on a brick. Terrible breakfast - omelette 2 slices of bread, three slices of cucumber, three tomato slices Disgrace 3 cases when the hotels suggested by Trip Com do not correspond to reality

I stayed in this hotel with my wife for 4 days, or rather booked for 4 days and left after 2. I took a BB room, with breakfast. Let's start with the room, an extremely small room of 10 square meters, maybe less. A small bed, two can barely fit. The decor of the room leaves much to be desired, the bedside lamp is broken, there are few towels, only one roll of toilet paper, no slippers or anything. In August, the weather in Belgrade is very hot, the AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK in this hotel, you just get hot air, given the outside temperature of +38, it was just hellishly hot, just like in a sauna, which I paid attention to, well, as I did, I tried to inform the hotel staff. After an hour of searching, I managed to get through to the girl from the reception through an employee of the adjacent cafe, to which she said in surprise, it is hot outside, that's why the air conditioner works like that, be patient. Regarding the reception, the scheme is simple, there is never anyone there, it is simply impossible to find workers there. Regarding breakfast, it is not a buffet or a la carte breakfast, it is scrambled eggs and yogurt, there are no other options, when we asked for coffee, it turned out that COFFEE FOR BREAKFAST IS FOR MONEY, it is not included in the breakfast. As a result, we moved out after 2 days, since it is simply impossible to sleep and live in such conditions. I really did not like the hotel and the staff. I do not recommend staying here.
