Good the breakfast is excellent

The hotel is very old and the overall service level is average. The room facilities are also relatively old, but the hygiene is very good The location is very good, close to the old town museum and various attractions. The only inconvenience is driving back from the old town or to the airport. There are turning restrictions and you need to take a lot of detours.

Facilities: The room is relatively large, and the sofa and floor are very comfortable. There is a 🔌national standard socket at the bedside. Hygiene: The hygiene condition is good and the cleaning frequency is high. Environment: There are all kinds of supporting facilities in the surrounding area, and it is very close to the pedestrian street. Service: The service is very attentive and the breakfast is delicious.

The room is very comfortable with good decoration and service I feel very safe living here! You can order takeout and eat at McDonald's around the hotel. All in all, this is a very good location.

The room is very small and it's in the city. It's convenient for shopping and eating.

The environment is elegant, the location is excellent, close to Dagong Street, all facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and hygienic. It is an ideal hotel for travel experience, very good!

立地が良くて、歩いて色々観光できました。受付のスタッフもとても親切で、丁寧でした。残念な点として、駐車場の場所がわかりにくいです。しかし、また利用したいと思いました。

位置方便，服務也好，可以讓提供拖鞋，可以免費停車。 送機服務其實就是幫你叫個出租車，要32-33歐， 本來還以為酒店有機場來回班車😂

房間衞生，乾淨

We recently stayed in an old hotel facing a busy street. Despite closing the window, the noise from the traffic was still very loud, making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. The constant sound of cars and honking permeated the room, disrupting our rest. In the mornings, the breakfast offered by the hotel was disappointing, with very limited choices. It lacked variety, and the quality of the food was subpar, which added to our overall dissatisfaction with the stay. Additionally, the elevator in the hotel was a major inconvenience. It was both slow and small, accommodating a maximum of only four people at a time. This often resulted in long wait times, especially during peak hours when many guests were trying to use it simultaneously. It was particularly frustrating for those of us with heavy luggage or for larger groups. However, it's worth mentioning that the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had, which was a silver lining in an otherwise disappointing experience. Their kindness and dedication provided some comfort, but overall, the noise, lackluster breakfast, and inadequate elevator facilities made our stay less than pleasant.

This was my 6th stay at this hotel. Every time I am in Belgrade for more than the day I choose to stay here for their location, 5 minutes to Knez Mihailova, 20 minutes to Usce Shopping Mall, 25 minutes to Galerija Mall. Taxis regularly pass by the front of the hotel, and the bus station is only about 10 minutes away - although the quickest route is s cobblestone road so suitcases will struggle. The rooms are clean, with all of the necessary supplies. Buffet breakfast offers plenty of choices without being overwhelming. Tea, coffee, juices are also available. There is also a café attached to the hotel where you can also purchase other beverages such as soft drinks and alcohol. The hotel also has a well appointed gym which generally isn’t busy but it’s a great benefit to have on site. Staff are also extremely friendly and patient. After a few days of seeing them regularly they do greet you in the morning and have polite brief conversations. I was most impressed on my last day when I was having my coffee that I met the hotel manager, who was extremely friendly. I was most impressed with how she was genuinely interested to hear about my stay and whether there was anything they could have done differently/better to improve my experience. You will definitely not be disappointed with the property out the facilities.
