Although four of us were originally going, only three ended up going. Since the price was per person, we requested if we could redeem the cost of the fourth person in some other way, such as breakfast, but they firmly declined. As an experienced traveler, I know that similar requests are accommodated worldwide, yet they showed no willingness to assist us. Their communication was quick but confrontational. In every message, they reminded us that parking costs €15 per day, despite there being free parking in front. The room temperature was locked at 25 degrees Celsius, making it uncomfortably warm. Not value for money. However, everything else went well. Six stars, mainly due to the issues mentioned and their chat communication.
